Centre Estates I&II is an affordable housing community located right outside State College, PA with CATAGo! accessibility. We operate under USDA Rural Development 515 and Low-Income Tax Credit program guidelines. Applicants must be income-eligible for move-in. Applications are available outside the management office located at 101 Jacks Mill Drive - Office, Boalsburg, PA 16827. ASSISTANCE/SUBSIDY - We have limited Rental Assistance subsidy at our site. We also accept outside subsidy or assistance program participants like HUD voucher recipients. Garbage, sewer, and water utilities are included with the rent. We also provide snow removal and lawn maintenance. We are an equal opportunity housing provider and employer.
