Property Ratings at Central Park
First off the apartment tried to take my security deposit by claiming I didn't clean the apartment even though I thoroughly cleaned before I left and took photos. They only gave me back the cleaning cost because I showed them the photos I had taken of the cleaned apartment. Secondly, they screwed up the check for my security deposit return, putting another person's name on it, Who should not have been on the check due to the office screwing up my last lease and even though there was an addendum made removing the person from my lease, they didn't give me a new one with just myself as the lease holder. Now the office is telling me that they won't do anything to correct their mistake so I can deposit the check and because I am no longer in contact with the other person that was on my lease (who shouldn't have been) I'm stuck with a dead check for my deposit that I can't do anything with. I've never had issues like this before with an apartment complex and they clearly don't care since it's been an on going issue for over 2 months now.
Save yourself time and look elsewhere. They do not upkeep the outside of the building. Maintenance takes months to go to your unit to fix things. Raccoons everywhere!
Through out my time at Central Park Sherrie and all of the leasing consults have always been helpful helping maintain the property and showing nothing but hospitality to all of us.

The location is great, the outside is great...but when you walk in to an apartment seems to go back 25 years, old and dysfunctional, nothing works properly, roaches everywhere, old musty carpet, appliances are a joke. Also the management team is awful, all promises and no facts.!!!! Needless to say I am not going to renew the lease and I am not referring anybody.
I have been living here for 5 years and its a very nice and quiet area. The management has changed since I lived here are very friendly and take care of the complex. They have started to change the color of the buildings to give it a more colorful appeal.
Central Park apartments are located in such and ideal location, right across from Altamonte Mall, Regal movie theaters and a gorgeous lake. I was looking to stay in the area because I needed to be close to I4, central park apartments are about 3 miles from I4. The office is staff is very friendly, and the assistant manager is very helpful and very polite, she will wave and say hello even if you are just driving by. The apartments itself are not to bad, they have large garden tubs in both bathrooms, which are my favorite. Some apartments come with upgraded kitchens which is the black appliances, and built in microwave, and some come the older beige cabinets and white appliances. Common areas are well maintained and gym area are always clean with 2 working TV's. Landscape definitely needs improvement, not much of green grass, just dead leaves all over and tons of tress. Overall this community gives the comfort and laid back lifestyle I was looking for. Quiet, Safe and in a Great Location.
The location is excellent, we are a short walk to the mall and a short drive to where you can get good food. It is close to the hospital if needed. We are also close to major roads of access to other parts of the town.
love my apartment. Like a house , so big and comfortable, love the convenience of having my trash pick up at the door ., plus the washing dryer , the awesome high ceilings and huge master bathroom with his and hers sinks , jacussi style tub so many stuff to count ... Plus it's across the street from the mall , transportación Restaurants s by theater , supermarket etc , love it !
to be very honest , I actually love this place and will be renewing my lease, it very peaceful, and no insects (which I love) staff are pretty nice, , and i love the apartment lay out , washer /dryer included, black counter tops-- nice place
The neighborhood is in a great area. Everything you need is just around the corner plusthere is the mall is just across the street. The room sizes are comparable with walk in closets. Quiet gated community off of I-4. The only down side is maintenance does take awhile to service.
