Property Ratings at Centerville Senior Lofts

Unresponsive management
My mother-in-law moved into Centerville Senior Lofts at the end of July. Although she was initially happy with her apartment she has been unhappy with the fact that her dryer has never worked. It has been over two months and this issue is still unresolved. Additionally, when she last inquired about this the property manager asked if “she believed in miracles.” To be insulted when expressing a legitimate concern is unconscionable. She is the first tenant in this apartment and her list of “dings” that need repair have also been ignored. This is a new building, if the owners are so unresponsive now imagine what it will be like in a few years.
