I love living here! The location is great, relative to the UCA campus. The spaces are clean and spacious.

Great place to live. Located walking distance to UCA track, walking trail, and restaurants. Roomy with plenty of storage. Great communication pre move-in. Staff was very attentive and easy to work with.

People at the office has been nothing but helped and was very nice by trying to get things settled for me and my fiance , we both are deaf and we feel more comfortable living here since it’s fenced and all that .

I love staying in these apartments, very comfortable living area , spacious and peaceful, I love taking walks through the apartments.

Best place to live, has great faculty. Moving process went super smoothly. Close to all your favorite places!

The lofts are great! Lots of space, fair price, close to the UCA campus. Would recommend.

Ive lived here for about two years and this is hands down one of the nicest and more affordable apartments i have stayed in. any issues I have, I simply email the front office and they're right on top of it!

I've lived here for a year and a half and never had any huge problems. Only complaint is that maintenance sometimes takes a few days to get to your request which was irritating. However, the property is clean and quiet, and I've never had any bad interactions with neighbors or staff. My apartment is cozy and my dog loves it. Would recommend if you're going to UCA and looking for an affordable and nice apartment!

I relocated to the area about 4 months ago.. We love it here!!

3 bedroom is very spacious the electric bill is at 100 a month direct tv stream is great it is very quiet and peaceful the staff and maintenance have been very responsive I love the place so far no complaints

complain about fixing problems for people living there....then when they move out because of the inconvenience and being called out for not doing their job they make up problems to charge tenants with that had no prior issues during their time living there!

This is a poorly managed apartment complex. Be prepared to add at least 50-100 dollars to your actual rent cost! Maintenance never fixes anything! They will fine you for every little thing and you will never be able to contact corporate

worst then any apartment in Conway.. if there is 0 rating i will git it to center-stone apartments. as company who build and take care of it they doing very good in Conway and AR but about apartment management they know nothing. its a loot apartments -They charge you separate saver bill which is not less than $50 per month which is their income because it should suppose be combine with Conway corp bill which is 20 to 25$ per month on any other places. -They just easily loot you once you in and its not a peace of mind inside this apartment because the management is biggest robber inside which you never aware of. -so save some money and you have lots of good apartments around please go there never ever think of coming here. Expense for student or family person.

I have lived here for 2 years’ dogs pop everywhere not maintained cleanness look like dead place not enough parking, and they do tow your cars from parking lots if you don’t have tags and they provide you tags which are easily lost by anyone. building are a disaster so notice you can hear sound of flush of you next door neighbor. They actual loot you once you in there is no way out even on deposit money too high and end of the time when you leaving with clean house they will refund u 2% of the deposit amount. Pools sucks no maintenance at all. gym sucks no weight if machine out of service will be repair in years.even your maintenance complaint people are not well train to fix small issue. all equipment like dishwasher gas oven suck old items easily out of service. please refer some good apartments not center stone.

This place is beyond horrible I have lived here for years and the rules have always been tough but now we have all these rules that you can be fined for and nobody knows anything. The new staff is beyond useless, I have never had trouble asking questions until recently seems even the "management" have to get back with me to get answers about the simplest issues. Not to mention I guess the maintenance just do not pick up trash any more this place is really starting to look like a dump the trash cans next to my building are a disaster they used to have them cleaned periodically not any more this place is a free for all and the property looks horrible.

This place came to us at the right time. We were living with friends trying to find the right balance of affordability and elegance. We came across this place and we said yes immediately. The ladies that work in the office were like your best friends, we would make cookies and cupcakes whenever possible for them. Our neighbors are great and the atmosphere is amazing. The amenities that are provided with the apartment makes life easier with gym and activities with the pool. The apartment is stained concrete and looks very chic, I have always lived with carpet so this was a big upgrade for me. We had a vision on how we wanted it to look and feel, it was accomplished. We are grateful to have found our dream come true.

The apartments at Centerstone are no joke. It's a block away from campus, it's brand spanking new, and the amenities are great. But within the apartments, a lot of small problems exist for which maintenance must be constantly called. Our ice maker went out, we needed them to spray for ants, the drain was clogged, and a towel holder in the bathroom has been broken (something they can't seem to fix). We had to write them a list just so they would do it all when they FINALLY made it out. It may be time to hire some more guys, because they aren't able to keep up with the work load. On the flip side, I love having a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the module. The pool and volleyball courts are always a great place to get out and socialize, and it is great being able to purchase covered parking for my bike. Other than that, the living space feels super modern, and while it isn't luxurious, it is definitely a superb place to live for any college student looking for affordability close to campus.
