Center Pointe at Radisson

First and foremost, when you move into these apartments you will be wow'd, they are decent looking and have plenty of space for all size families. The two best things about this complex is that it's located in Radison and the maintenance staff is amazing. The downsides, unfortunately the buildings were built very poorly, they must not have very good insulation because the heating/ac bills will always be high, you can also hear people talking through the walls and the furnace/dish washers are very out dated and loud. The amount money that you pay for these apartments is not worth it, you can find a better apartment for much cheaper and not have to deal with a greedy manager and an absolutely atrocious leasing officer/manager or whatever she may be. If you plan on working during the winter, get your shovel ready, the plows don't show up typically until 8:00am to 9:00am and I always found myself digging myself out as well as others.

We have only lived at this complex for a couple months but so far everything has been good. We had an issue with the AC but the repair was done quickly. I do notice the pipes are not the best quality as they make a lot of noise and the drains back up at times. Also not too much room for storage.

My husband & I are both senior citizens. I'm in excellent health but he is not, to say the least. We were selling a 2000 sf colonial, as it no longer allowed my husband to live there in comfort. In looking for an apartment I needed first floor or elevators; wheelchair friendly; three bedrooms ; bathroom with easy access tub/shower. In my search I called over 15 apartments with no luck.All either could not meet my needs or had nothing available. Finally I called Center Pointe, and to my delight they offered everything I needed. The management was extremely helpful and willing to work with me to meet my needs. The apartment is huge for an apartment and has the biggest kitchen I've ever seen in an apartment. We have been here 3 1/2 months, and I have absolutely no complaints. I had occasion to call for maintenance twice and the response was immediate and the problems(neither of which was caused by poor upkeep) was fixed. The upkeep of the complex is visible and constant. I have recommended this complex to several friends.

We have only been at our apartment for 2 months but so far, so good. The location is great and it is a very quiet area. The landscaping is well kept and the apartment was very clean. There is a significant pet deposit but it is refundable which makes a big difference. The staff are friendly and easy to get a hold of. My only complaint would be the layout of the apartment. There is a lot of wasted space and it's awkward to try and create storage room.
