We lived at Center Pointe for a couple of years, and the staff was always super helpful. Very good maintenance team. It's a pretty quiet area, and we felt safe there. The management even helped us with a couple of requests after we moved, for which we are very grateful.

I have lived at Center Pointe apartments for over 24 years. I can honestly say the maintenance team here is the best I’ve ever seen. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful but mostly they ALWAYS do a great job of fixing any problem I have. Their knowledge and experience is superior. And they almost always get it done the same day as the request was submitted. We are lucky to have these guys.

I recently did a tour with my girlfriend here and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Nobody was pushy in terms of sales just very informative, I’d recommend anyone to stop by and take a look!

Although I didn't choose CenterPointe as my home, I had a wonderful experience. Richard gave me a tour, and he was welcoming, friendly, and thorough. I showed up unannounced and had a lot of questions for him. Units and property grounds were clean. I would've chosen CenterPointe if it were closer to work.

I have been living at Center Pointe for just under a year and I love it! We moved here from the East Coast and worked with the leasing office to rent an apartment, sight unseen. Richard from the leasing office helped us with this and he was a really good communicator which helped a lot since we were moving from across the country. I've lived, and rented in several states and I have to say my experience here has been my favorite. The maintenance team is very helpful and kind, the leasing office has the best community team Ive ever experienced, and the neighborhood is really nice. If I wasn't moving back home I would definitely stay here another year. Regarding our actual living experience - The neighbors have been really nice, Ive never had any experiences with roaches or other pests, the area is very quiet and calm. I work from home and I never have any issues with loud neighbors or construction. Parking is plentiful. There is a bike garage where residents can safely put their bikes. The MAX train is only a 15 minute walk away which makes getting around really easy. Overall I like it and Im glad I got to spend a year here.

Beautiful community with wonderful staff! Maintenance requests are take care of quickly with not much wait time like other places, the staff is super nice and go above and beyond to help the tenants. Overall, highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new house in Beaverton! Richard and his team helped me take care of my plants for more than a month when I was out on a trip, my plants are happy!

My wife and I moved to center Pointe apartments about two years ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Something that makes this apartment complex stand out more than anywhere else is Rich! He is the assistant community manager here and let me tell you something! He has been the most welcoming, caring, sweetest person anyone could ask for! He takes the time to understand what you need and will do what he can to help. He even remembers who I am and what unit I am in! I absolutely love living in these apartments for so many reasons. The community is nice, quiet, and safe. The units are spacious and feel like home. The amenities are outstanding here. Rich just so happens to be the cherry on top! We are very lucky to have him working here!

We have loved our time at Center pointe. Sequoia is a fantastic property management company and we recommend their properties to all our friends. Rich the assistant manager has been the highlight of our stay. From the moment we stepped foot on the property he has been so welcoming and supportive. He is always available to help us. He’s helped us with package delivery, our neighbors movers, passes out popsicles to all of us at the pool in the summers and has helped me when I’ve locked myself out! I feel like I always have someone in my corner here because of Rich. He’s truly the best and I will miss him dearly when I go on to my next chapter.

I walked in without an appointment because I had been looking at another place across the street and thought I might set something up while there. Chanell was so accommodating- she simply told me she was thrilled to talk, and showed me around, even without an appointment. In addition to being friendly and helpful, she followed up with me and has been great to work with since. I've met one or two others on the management team, and they've all been great. The maintenance staff is also flexible and accommodating. The location is just right for me, and has some added bonuses of being walking distance to some parks, and some new restaurants/retail, but still feels like you are removed from the hubbub. Move in was easy, and everything was clean and ready. So glad I ended up here.

We have had a great experience with the staff at this beautiful property. Chanel, our leasing agent, has been extremely informative, responsive, professional and friendly. Every interaction with her has given us confidence that we chose the right place to live. Maintenance has been very responsive as well. If there is anything we discuss with them or the front office staff, they are very helpful and take care of it effectively and in a timely manner. We really feel that they care about us and our experience living here. In addition to everyone on staff being helpful and friendly, the landscaping here is lovely. We are happy with our apartment and are enjoying the beautiful space.

I had the best experience being helped out by Chanell! She made the move-in process super comprehensible and smooth, during a time when moving can be tiring and uncomfortable. She handled all of our questions with ease and lead with empathy as she helped our family find our new home!

We just moved in with our two cats and we couldn't be happier. Amazing amenities with even better community managers.

I've lived here for just under four years, and have been nothing but happy with the on-site management. Everyone on the maintenance team especially has been awesome. It's not unusual to have same-day responses, and I always got the feeling that they genuinely enjoyed being able to help us out. Never had anything go unresolved. They even called in an electrician to transfer the microwave to its own circuit when we were having trouble using it at the same time as our AC.

We've been at Center Pointe for almost a year now and have enjoyed it so far. Rich was the leasing agent who gave our tour and took care of all of our questions before signing on, as well as keeping in touch about our experience once we were here. The office and maintenance folks in general are very responsive. The community is quiet, close to the Max and shopping, etc. Would recommend it.

We have lived at Center Pointe for over 2 years and have loved every second of it. Richard has been the best helpful, quick to provide assistance when needed and always a friendly face to talk to. We have appreciated him so much!

My wife and just moved I out of Center Pointe as we were able to finally buy a house but our time there was fantastic. Maintenance was quick and responsive, Josue and Sead are fantastic to work with! Would often chat with them they would come to fix something, very down to earth and good people. Richard in the office was nothing short of fantastic he so nice and genuine, I would often come down to the office to pick up a package and end up talking to him for 15 minutes. they all felt like our friends and made our time at Center Pointe truly enjoyable.

I moved to Oregon 15 months ago for work, and had to secure a place to live sight unseen. I worked with Richard over the phone and he was very helpful, and even though setting everything up necessitated a lot of back-and-forth, he was very responsive throughout the process, and everything was set before I drove out here. When I arrived my apartment was not very clean, and a little rough around the edges. However, I wasn't worried because of the reputation Center Pointe had online - as well as my experience with Richard so far. He and David did not disappoint, and we worked everything out both amicably and satisfactorily. This was the only non-maintenance issue I had in 15 months living here, and it was handled very well. Nothing/nobody is perfect, and how we respond when things are not perfect says the most about us. Five stars. Now, I am moving to another state again, and sad to be leaving Center Pointe which has been - by far and away - the best experience I've ever had with an apartment complex and staff (Josue has also been top notch with taking care of any maintenance issues, promptly). I've been working with Richard again while getting everything sorted with my new apartment as well as getting everything taken care of here, and he has been phenomenal through this process as well. I can't say enough good things about him and the whole team here. If I move back to this area in the future, I'm glad to know I have a great place to look forward to.

I moved to OR late last year and my experience was made all the better by choosing to live here. Richard and the Team were fantastic to work with from touring all the way through the end of my time (relocation). During my time here Richard has been an invaluable resource helping me to get to the know the area. The team has already provided prompt and friendly responses to every question and request. I'm incredibly grateful for all of their help making my time in the Portland area a success!!

Center Pointe in Beaverton is a little nugget of calm tucked into the bustling suburb of Beaverton. The property is full of trees, is located across the street from a wetland filled with birdsong, and in walking distance to a 200-acre forest, so nature abounds here. Also, the Office Staff are easily the friendliest and most helpful at any apartment complex I’ve lived in. Finally, the Maintenance Staff are startling quick when a need is reported for repairs. Overall, it’s only been a month, but this apartment is the best!

I have been renting for 10 years and this is the best rental experience I have had so far. They keep the common areas clean, maintenance is almost always next day and super easy, and staff are friendly and nice. Most of my interactions have been with the assistant manager Rich and he's a great guy!

Recently moved to Portland on a corporate assignment and selected Center Pointe as my home because it seemed to tick all my boxes.. This book you can judge by its cover. The lease was completed by a 3rd party but since I have moved in I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rich and his staff, their help, assistance and advice has been top class. The apartment itself is fantastic. Roomy, cosy, all that one needs for a comfortable living experience, it is so quiet around the complex also. There is lots of parking outside and the complex is extremely well maintained especially considering the weather recently. I haven't had the pleasure to meet many of my neighbors but can only assume they are really nice people. I had the misfortune to lose a valuable pair of sunglasses and presumed they were lost but someone had found them and handed in to the office, I think that says it all about Center Pointe and its community..

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay after we sold our house. We hadn't lived in an apartment for many years so felt very new to the process. After meeting many apartment managers, we decided to go with Center Pointe not only for the excellent amenities but because of the service we received from the apartment manager Rich. He spent much time on the phone with me and in emails, answering all of my concerns and questions. His response time was amazing. Even though some of our questions may have been very basic, he treated every question with reverence and answered with integrity. He gave us a tour of the apartment and the grounds and showed us all of the amenities. He is energetic, kind, honest, helpful, resourceful, accessible, responsive, great humor, easy to get along with, and reliable - to name only a few of his amazing qualities. The move in process went smoothly as he provided everything we needed that day. Rich is the type of apartment manager that everyone wishes they had. I would recommend Center Pointe BECAUSE of Rich! Also, I want to say that they also have the best maintenance crew. They are very responsive, helpful and friendly!

The friendliest, most helpful, and quickest responding maintenance crew I’ve ever work with at an apartment complex. Josue and Sead will check in right away to see what the issue is and give you a timeline to when the fix will be complete. And they always stop to chat when they see you around the complex. I've lived at Center Pointe for 8 years and can't say enough positive things about the community and staff. They are always courteous, helpful and responsive. Sead in maintenance always does an excellent job. He is meticulous and thorough with all repair requests. If he has to order a part and return to complete the work, he makes sure to communicate when he will return and if delayed he will come by and let us know. The office staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. If you're looking for a great place to live, Center Point Apartments is it!

I have been living at Centerpointe for almost 3 years now. Units have a nice modern look and have great lighting and storage. Rich and the team are always helpful and pleasant to interact with. The property is well taken care of and I was blown away by how quickly maintenance requests are handled (generally same day for small things). For larger things, like when my washing machine stopped working, they provided an alternative for while the new appliance was being shipped. The team is also great about giving residents a heads up about routine maintenance both in residences and around the property.

My girlfriend and I moved into Center Pointe a few weeks ago. So far we are BEYOND satisfied with everything that has come with living here. The complex is quiet, parking is easy, in good location to any shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Also very close to Portland without being in/right outside of it, maybe 12 minutes from the Western edge of the city (with traffic more like 20). The valet trash and recycling service is extremely reliable and take care of everything quickly and quietly. The gym is a bit small, but has everything you would need if you just need to squeeze in a quick workout. The pool is fantastic, lots of space to lay down and tan, and is such a good temperature, and is easily accessible from anywhere in the complex. The one time we had to contact maintenance, to clear some pipes when we put too much food in the garbage disposal, it was about 10 pm, they responded VERY quickly and were then able to come to our apartment to fix it first thing in the morning. All of the maintenance staff and management is EXTREMELY nice, caring, kind, and knowledgeable. ((I'm not supposed to use names in the review I believe, so I will say R) R is the one that we have had basically all of our contact with. He is absolutely amazing. Very laid back, calm, and patient. So, so very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to questions or issues with anything at all. He even came out and gave everyone at the pool popsicles one day!! The leasing office staff here is simply wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and neighborly. Richard, is especially helpful. He was very thorough and patient with my roomate and I through our leasing agreement process. Even now he is just as accommodating and always providing the same excellent service whenever we need it. I wanted to show my appreciation for the maintenance and office staff here. Even during this pandemic, they are right on top of maintenance requests, and they follow all safety precautions. They brought a food truck on site and gifted us free lunches a few times, when lockdown was still new and scary. I am very grateful that they take such good care of their residents, no matter what.

My husband and I lived at Center Pointe for the three years I was in graduate school and the community truly made it feel like a home. The entire staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, the community is very well kept up on, and the amenities were great and very accessible. The staff also did an awesome job hosting community-wide events to help us all feel connected. The location of these apartments was amazing as well - short walk to the MAX, trails around the wetlands, near the bike path that runs miles North to South through Beaverton, and near Tualatin Hills Nature Park. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Very much enjoy living here! I am a new resident living here for almost two months. We are in a newly renovated 2bed 2bath on the third floor. I naïvely thought at first that it would be a big party. Always hanging with neighbors. Although the staff is VERY welcoming and extremely nice, I sort of forget that this is not college dorm. It is a nice quiet simple community. Lots of different doggies around. Easy to get to recycle area. A COOL FEATURE is we use a valet trash service. What that means is someone comes and picks up your trash right outside your door five days a week! Very nice to just put the trash outside and not worry about it. LOTS OF PARKING Which is unreal convenient. At first we were going to pay for a parking spot but we are finding success with the free spots. Easy for people visiting us to find spots as well. Very much recommend this community! Come for a visit! It’s worth it.

My girlfriend and I recently moved to Center Pointe from out of state and can attest that all of the positive reviews being echoed here are absolutely true. We signed our lease sight unseen and with that came a lot of questions and concerns. Rich was a pleasure to work with and took his time making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Upon arrival the complex completely exceeded our expectations (which, to be honest were pretty high). The maintenance staff is fantastic and as someone who is handy myself and enjoys seeing a job well done it is obvious that they take their time and make the extra effort to keep the neighborhood in excellent condition. In addition to our service requests being filled quickly, the maintenance team is a friendly addition to homey feel, quick to say hello and always willing to lend a hand. The location is the icing on the cake.Walking distance to the MAX, next door to the Tualatin nature preserve and bike friendly enough to ride into town. Hats off to all of the staff here - great moral - great people - great place to live.

We've been living at Center Pointe Apartments for almost 3 years, and it has been such a wonderful experience! The staff here is fantastic and always say hi when we cross paths. In our experience, the apartments are lovely and in good shape, the neighborhood is quiet, and there are many beautiful trees around the community. They're also incredibly pet-friendly, and will offer a reimbursement if adopting from a local shelter or humane society. We're just down the street from the Tualatin Hills Nature Park, and a Max stop is a short walk away!

My time at Center Point has been incredible. I have lived all over the country for work/school and this community has been the best by far. Apartments are well kept and cozy and the grounds are always spectacular. The staff is incredible and learns each tenet (and pet) by name. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and will go the extra mile to help you if you are in a bind. All community facilities are well kept and clean and maintenance is prompt to fill your requests. Literally the only thing I would change is the work out center, only has a few treadmills, which is very small and outdated. When my lease comes to an end, I will definitely be renewing and staying as long as I can. I love it here!

The property at Center Pointe is lovely, but what sets it apart is the on-site staff. Maintenance requests are always addressed quickly, and office people will deliver packages to your apartment at your request. Today, I woke to find that my printer was broken and I had a file that I needed to have printed. Rich happily took care of it for me! My favorite story is from a few summers back: I was out of town on a hot day and realized I hadn't turned on my air conditioner. I was worried my cat would be uncomfortable in the heat and so I called the office. Jenn was kind enough to turn on my AC unit for my while I was away! They are consistently amazing and I always appreciate how great they are to the tenants.

I lived at CenterPointe for just over 5yrs before my job relocated out of state. All the staff is friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns, maintenance always responded quickly if needed. It's a great, safe neighborhood close to everything. Lots of great amenities too! I'll miss living there!

The management team is very friendly and everyone is always there to help! The maintenance team tries to fix issues quickly. It's very pleasant to live here and the location is unbeatable. :)

I love Center Pointe. I relocated to this area from out of state and finding an apartment was so stressful. I wanted something priced well, but also nice, and in a good neighborhood. I called some different complexes where I was simply told "It's nice, you can see it online". That's great, but renting pretty much sight unseen was unnerving. I called Center Pointe expecting a similar experience. Nope . Rich LISTENED to what I wanted in an apartment and looked through his openings until he thought he found "the one", then instead of telling me about it, or referring me to a website he physically went into the apartment and took pictures of the entire place inside and out. He wanted to make sure this was the right place for me. Guess what? It was "the one". He made the leasing process so easy, and even stayed late the night I drove in with all my belongings to ensure that I had the keys and got inside safely. He was key in making this a fantastic experience and building a great relationship. I was wowed. Since I've moved in, I have had nothing but great experiences. From Sed and Jose (sp) in Maintenance who treat me like family, to Jen and my main man Rich in the office who treat me like the crazy neighbor you put up with because she's highly entertaining, to the Manager David who is an all around great guy, Center Pointe is a fabulous place to hang your hat and call home . Highly recommended. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you guys!

My wife and I have lived all over the country in the 25 years we've been together and along the way we've lived in a great many apartments or condos. Center Pointe is the BEST! We stayed at Willamette Landing in Salem Oregon for 5 years and while we once felt like they were the gold standard, there's no comparison to how wonderful it is here at Center Pointe and the management by Sequoia. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL. While that is possibly the most important element of finding a home, anyone who has had to deal with a poorly run property management company knows that the PEOPLE are just as critical. The people at Center Pointe, and Sequoia Properties are the absolute BEST! We couldn't be happier with the choice we made and are looking forward to staying for some time. Thanks to David, Jen, and Rich for all their tremendous help. These guys really are winners and you can trust them to help find you exactly what you're looking for in a home. Thanks, Center Pointe!!

Sequoia equities is by far my favorite apartment group. I've lived in a few of their properties and their professionalism and friendliness never ceases to amaze. Fast maintenance response and beautiful units. I'll proabbly stay here for a few years now.

This is a great community where the staff is friendly and efficient. The apartment units are very comfortable and have all the modern amenities. Maintenance is impeccable too, with any issue getting resolved at the earliest. I fully recommend Center Pointe!

I have lived here for less than a year and I must say it is one of the best places I have lived. It is close to Hillsboro, Tigard, and Portland. The leasing office is very friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend living here. I am in my 20s but there the residents range throughout all ages.

I just moved into this apartment. Staffs are very kind and helpful, and they will do their best to find whatever you want. I hear some noises, however, it is not significant for residents to be annoyed.

My boyfriend and I just moved into Center Pointe a few months ago because we were unsatisfied with our old apartment complex. So far we love it! The moving and leasing process was so easy thanks to the amazing office staff. They are so friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever we have any problems or questions the assistant manager Rich is ALWAYS there to assist us! As for everything else, great new appliances, sturdy walls so you won’t be able to hear neighbors, and we even have someone who picks up our trash every night. There is always free parking near our apartment and we have two cars. Overall, highly recommend this apartment complex to live at.

My roommate and I searched for awhile for a decent apartment in the Beaverton area. None were meeting our standards..... until we came across Center Pointe. The day we went and got a tour, we fell in love! I have lived there since November and I absolutely love it still! Amazing management, quick and hard working maintenance and an over all great environment. Happy to be apart of the community!

Amazing staff!! Great grounds! Great Apartment! I moved from Chicago and they helped me step by step to make sure that everything went incredibly smooth. Once moved they made sure I was happy with the apartment. I had a few issues and maintenance was very responsive and everything was fixed. I am a for life renter and it all about the service and Center Pointe has it!
