Management does not care about safety and is terribly rude. Too many issues here to count.

Just Don't
Says water is included, it isn't. Also says no dogs, everyone has dogs and they bark and poop all over. Building smells of marijuana all the time, nothing done about it by manager. Maintenence is poor. Has a major attitude problem. Save yourself the trouble, run, don't walk far away from this place.

Honestly, one of the worst places I’ve ever lived.
The hallway constantly smells like marijuana or cigarette smoke. There are children constantly running in the hallways and leaving garbage. Management is prompt in dealing with maintenance issues, but is difficult to get ahold of otherwise. Horrible place to raise a newborn. Lots of noise and bugs. But I will agree that the AC is better than before, just wish there was a unit in each room. The kitchen has little to no room for storage and counter space. Our family of two, turned to three, and we quickly outgrew this apartment, even with the large master closet full. Had to buy a storage unit on the edge of town to accommodate for storage shortage in our apartment.

Appreciation
My experience at Centennial Place Apts was one of community, care, freindlyness and comfort and safety. The staff was always available & helpful and the property well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility.
