The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Centennial Park Apartments
Centennial is a wonderful community with lots of great perks. The apartments are large with an attached garage. The maintenance is great and comes out very quickly if there is any issues. The office is friendly and easy to work with. The ponds are very pretty and the location is perfect, especially since the area is growing. Defiantly, a great place to live!

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive thoughts about Centennial Park. I will pass along your compliments to the staff. We appreciate your 5 star review.
We have two well behaved dogs and are constantly getting calls from the office because the crazy woman downstairs complains. Complaints include hearing them move across the floor in the afternoon and barking once or twice when we get home after work. They otherwise make no noise. (They are live creatures who can’t be duck taped to chairs) The office actually entertains her complaints and gives us a hard time. We also have to deal with other people who leave dog poop all over because they don’t pick up after them.

Thank you for being a Centennial Park resident. We would like to speak with you regarding your concerns; please call Goga at the leasing office at 414-570-1500. I understand we have had difficulty connecting on the phone, but please return our calls at your earliest convenience so we can resolve the issue. Thank you.
Pros: Great location Pool (when it didn't have high bacteria levels or prior to an addl 86 units) Allows pets of ALL sizes Doggy bags IF it was stocked Pond and aerator (if working) Culturally diversified tenants Maintenance is fast, Bruce & Nick are great) Cons: LOUD & NOISY Kids everywhere Fast traffic on Centennial Construction (should've given tenants a discount for all the inconvenience) THIN ceilings, can hear overhead foot traffic easily Pool capacity and lack of rule enforcement, too many kids not enough adults High utility bills-almost as much as 4 bedroom house we came from Lack of parking Junk in entryways and near garages Cheap low end appliances plane/train traffic Fire Dept nearby (sirens) Some cable companies can't set up in your building but can next door Couldn't wait to get a mortgage after enduring 6 months here. Kids are everywhere. Apparently the over 55 section is better. Parking is horrible, people park on the sidewalk leading to your apt Tons of kids with hardly any adults in pool area, screaming, crying, running, cannonballs, Marco Polo. Should have 2 pools-one quiet and one kiddie. This is BEFORE the addl 86 units! Caution-2 bed apt has a 3 bed apt above you. You WILL hear foot traffic from above but you won't hear voices. Garage doors for above apt is next to your dining room. Pick buildings #10,11,12 in Arbor West Cir or 3,4,5 in The Arbors.
The most attention you will get from the Wimmer staff in Centennial office will be in the showing, which seems to be their primary focus. I have lived here for 5 years and there is still no working maintenance expedition. We have used the new email app, called and left messages, and called yet again days later finally speaking to someone regarding maintenance request which they no nothing about. This is only one issue. Another is mold on walls in some of the older buildings and they actually have clause in lease for this. Maintenance guy is overwhelmed and work is sloppy. There are better places and for amount of rent-this should be one.

Thank you for making Centennial Park your home for the past 5 years. It is apparent from your review that during this time you have experienced many different issues at the community. In your review you mentioned a moisture problem somewhere other than your apartment. Any moisture issues are taken seriously and handled immediately. If you are up to it, I would really like to set up a time to meet with you in person. I am always open to hearing suggestions on ways we can improve our community and the services we offer. Looking forward to the opportunity, S.Jinks Property Manager
Centennial Park Apartments are beautiful. We live in an upper level and the cathedral ceilings are gorgeous. There is plenty of space and storage. The attached garage and private entry are amazing. I've never heard any of my neighbors through the walls. The carpets were brand new when we moved in and the leasing company was quick to fix any issues we had right away. Bruce in maintenance is awesome! He responds to inquiries promptly and solves the issues with no hassle. The people in the community vary from families, young couples and singles. There is also a senior community so it's a very quiet area. The only downfall right now is all the construction going on. They're building more apartments so there is constantly construction noises and big trucks driving through, but once that's done, this place will be perfect. Also, there isn't much to do in Oak Creek other than big box retailers and restaurants, but it's an easy commute to downtown Milwaukee. Highly recommend!
