I have currently been looking at apartments and decided to check these out. Laura helped us out today and was very friendly and kind. She showed us the community and was very patient with all our questions. She made sure to listen and attend to us as best as she could! She explained to us all the amenities that we asked about and made sure that we left having all our questions and concerns answered. I was very satisfied with my experience here !

Hey everyone, please don't love here. Have had work orders that have not been taken care of for years after they said they were completed. They left my sink leaking water and flooding my carpet, maintenance just put a floor dryer on the carpet while looking at the sink leak water. The management will act like your friend and then they will feed you to the wolves. One of the managers even confronted meabs tried to start a physical altercation while I was trying to speak to other manager. Be happy and live some where else let me save you the depression

do not rent here if i could give them - 5 i would. they’re horrible people, horrible management and horrible maintenance. the apartments are old , run down and broken and never fixed. they advertise 3 pools there’s only two. there is not fitness center. the laundry rooms are constantly broken. they shut down the water at least 3 times a month. and the bathrooms have mold in them , that the office won’t do anything about. do not move here please i wish i never did.

by far the worst place in el paso, they shut the water off AT LEAST once a week due to “plumbing issues” or maintenance. no one picks up their dogs poop and no one seems to care it’s all over the place. the people who rent here are also VERY rude they take your stuff out of washers just to put their own. pool is never open and the door to the laundry room never opens even with the key because the knob is broken! no one fixes anything!

if I could give it negative stars i would, apartments are old, equipment on them are old and gets broken super often, had a horrible problem with cockroaches that lasted months, called management and never did anything about it, if I had something that needed to be fix it would take them days for them care of it and the worst thing of all they would cut off water on our building at least 10 times a month, it's a horrible thing, i understand apartments are old but with all this they def should be shut down by the government. (also expect to pay very high electric costs since all appliances including AC are as old as they could get.

they are changing their management/managers and personal very often, and they are not aware of what the previous management people did or have pending then the new people comes and want you to pay for something we have reported in the past. no records keeping in their notes. they do not attend the claims on time. water shout off so often without previous notification. i can continue with a bunch of things.. the worst place.

Never gave my security deposit back, been waiting since winter of 2017. Maintenance rarely came by and the females at the office always had an attitude problem. I don't recommend here, try somewhere else.

Where do I even begin? Poop everywhere and Maintenance never fixed anything correctly and are rude. Not to mention they take forever to come by and fix something. My A/C has been out for a month, my cieling has water damage and leaks, and the apartments seem to be falling apart. They are raising the rent even tho NOTHING in the apartment is ever been upgraded except maybe the flooring. Oh these apartments ARE ROACH INFESTED. Non-attentive management.

Maintenance NEVER fixes anything or picks up the phone. My A/C has been broken for two weeks now, with nothing being done. It’s quite literally 90 degrees inside. My ceiling was leaking and then FELL in due to the rain. Nothing was done. Luckily my lease ended so I could leave this awful apartment complex. 0/10.

It took awhile for them to come fix anything, the front door lock would get stuck , the patio door wouldn’t lock and the screen door would fly away every time it was windy. The bill was always so high from having allocated water.

Seemed like residents were last to know about anything going on, to simple shutting off water temporarly, i would like to be notified when that is going to happen or anything in general since residents should be first priority. Apartments itself are not worth the rent you pay, seems like they just paint over every thing including the actual bath tub which will eventually chip since its constantly wet instead of simply cleaning after someone moves out. I had roaches as well in the bathroom. Just not clean for the money yoy pay i would expect more cleanliness.

The maintenance doesn't come in fix anything ..I have been fixing things on my own also when the maintenance do come they never finished the work and they close the work orders also they break things and put holes in people's furniture. The people in the office make promises they can't keep and yet smile in your face. There isn't any weight room and we paid for that . The apartment looks like crap I've been here for a while and they refuse to fix anything their excuse is always this we'll do it next week we'll do it next week we'll do it next week next week and next week and next week I feel like a prisoner in my own home. They say there is three sparkling pools they're very dirty and we pay for them we cant use. The maintenance whistle at the employees and they're always flirting with the tenants. Also none of the employees say hi to anybody when you walking by they look pissed and don't speak. So much more to say. Not enough space. Drugs and drug dealers everywhere. No park or dog park we pay for it but nothing. Trash cans are always full and crazy maintenance guys driving fast in their trucks almost running over things.

Very maladministration in the condo.  They tease the needs of tenants.  delinquency to give solution to the problems in the fit.  pay $ 189.41 for two months due to technical problems electricity air conditioning and not giving the suitable use.  I do not recommend this condo

Total disregard for maintaining fit. I Wear 3 months waiting for repair and other problems I have within the suitable and laugh of the orders of work. It is not reliable and serious the direction of the condo. I will not recommend these suitable for the care they receive bad tenants. It is a lack of respect the attention to tenants. Celina plaza apartments is a nice and relaxing area to be at. The tenants are very friendly and enthusiastic to one another. The managers of these apartments are also very cooperative. Area where there's a lot of shops to go around in.

I went to see the apartments and they are so beautiful and I love the people who work there they are so full of energetic and happy to work and the people who live there are awesome great community and all

The location, rent rate and sq. ft are very good at there apartments. The problem is that they are old. The walls are paper thin and the windows are all drafty and very loud. My neighbors smoke marijuana all day and my place reeks of the stuff. The low rent rate attracts alot of singles and military and that makes for very loud weekends. The office manager and her staff do not do much about the noise except tell you to call the police. The maintenance of the ground is great but when it comes to putting in a maintenance request you have to call over and over or they never come. It is also very frustrating that they insist on trying to repair things that obviously need replacing. Overall the experience of living her is a one. The only reason I gave it a two is that the location is so convenient.

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it here. We mall is directly behind our home and we have Walmart to the right and every other food place about 5 minutes away, also fort Bliss and the airport are only 7 minutes away. The managers are amazing and they are very helpful, I'm going to hate to leave here when its time for us to move again.
