The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cedar Village Apartments
If you plan on having guests cedar village will toe or ticket them even if you approve it with the people who work in the office ahead of time. I was told by the workers that guest parking is one the roof and they don’t ticket or toe. My visitor received a toe notice within 6 hours of her being there. My apartment was growing black mold because their windows weren’t properly seal and water from their sprinklers sprayed into my apartment. As someone with asthma this a huge health risk. I notified them of my condition and I couldn’t sleep there for 4 days because they refused to fix it in a timely manner. Also be careful they will charge you for stuff not in your lease and if you don’t catch it they will keep your money.
Property Manager at Cedar Village Apartments, Responded To This Review
We regret to hear you feel this way about your experience and that it appears there were some misunderstandings regarding guest parking and some maintenance work orders. We believe all feedback offers opportunities for improvement, however many of the details here do not align with our records or experience. We look forward to connecting with you and elevating your experience moving forward.
If you like paying $$$ in car damages from vandalism, your packages being repeatedly stolen, driving on huge shards of glass in the parking lot, and people breaking into your apartment in the middle of the night, this is the PERFECT place for you. The CV leasing office, their manager(Pam), and the resident managers (Hannah, Joe, and Tanner) have done NOTHING. I've had to pay over $250 in car damages from living here and have had packages stolen. CV has done nothing and will continue to do nothing. Please do not even consider living here. I would stay CLEAR of this apartment complex.
As a student apartment, this works in all the ways you need it to. Fully furnished, making it really easy to move in. DTN, the company in charge of cedar village, treats they're residents really well. They are quick to replace broken furniture, send maintenance help, and overall just assure you are satisfied. Location is AMAZING for going to classes and so close to restaurants and cafeterias. They also have a great clubhouse with free starbucks coffee, a gym, study rooms, and a big screen TV. Perfect starter, student apartment.
