Property Ratings at Cedar River Bluffs Apartments
Before I found CRB, my choices seemed low for anything comfortable & affordable. I did not feel hopeful to find my new home. I have been here for 14 months. Everything I needed & wanted was here, plus more extras. I am so happy & comfortable. My view is not of the river but of the sunrise, which I prefer. There is lots of light, and the door leading to my balcony patio gives me even more light. Storage is wonderful. I love the high ceilings and the excellent quality of everything. The security leaves me safe, & the area has no through traffic. The area is very private and suitable for quiet morning walks. I love having a walk-in pantry and clothes closet. Everyone is friendly in my building. I don't hear my neighbors. I needed maintenance for a few minor issues in the year, which was immediately resolved. The washer and dryer in the unit is another wonderful bonus. Last summer, I used the large community room for my granddaughter's birthday party. We had everything we needed. Utilities are low due to the excellent, well-insulated windows & building. Bottom line: this is my wonderful new home, and I'm so proud to have family and friends visit.
These apartments are first class, solid wood cabinets, excellent construction true luxury units. The property management team is he best; friendly, efficient with processing application and so welcoming! Five star place!
