Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the office there. I had a tour scheduled showed up and no one in the office was there. When I called corporate the representative was absolutely rude and was treated like I did something wrong when they were the ones who wasted my time by not even showing up to the tour.

They do not clean stairs. Trails of liquid that leaked from trash visible for months. I am always stepping over trash and having towatch where I walk here. Not a sanitary place. I am concerned for my health at times. Staff refuse to clean halls to remove trash sediment. Vacuum only. Never actually clean away bacteria by getting a wet vac. Staff chide residents continually when bring up concerns.

We have been renting from Cedar Ridge for over the last two years, and we can't put into words how helpful the staff has been. The women in the office are always swift to deal with our questions or any concerns, and the guys that do maintenance always arrive on time and do the job right. Everyone here has made us feel incredibly welcome and they're always super friendly when you enter the office - it doesn't just wear off after you sign a lease like we've heard people on this site say of other apartments. If you're looking for a place to live that genuinely cares about their residents - I'd totally apply here.
Cedar Ridge is a lovely place to live in a small but lovely town but very close to the Twin Cities so lots of access to the Arts and Theater community, shopping centers, Mall of America etc. . We have well kept buildings, roomy and newly renovated apartments, a very well maintained property.
