The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cedar Creek Village
Nothing much to it, nice and easy living. Lived here for 7 years and never had any issues. Management has changed a bit but everyone’s nice and helpful
I was an actual tenant. I believe many of these reviews are by the property manager, I can assure you this is not a place you want to rent from. They have been through so many property managers and companies, the latest one is the worse. I have never any problems until trying to love out. Dylan and Crystal have the worse attitudes and they lie. Crime is high in this area and the apartments are not worth what you pay. They are not renovating the property and my neighbor under me complained there is was mold in her apartment and guess what other apartments have been vacant for over a year and they moved someone in hers and didn’t update or treat the apartment.
Great staff very helpful would recommend to anyone!
Great new office staff very knowledgeable and professional.
I absolutely love cedar Creek village. The management are very friendly and informational.
What I'm happy with here is upon arrival I asked for an application and within ten minutes I had all I needed to move in. The management is spectacular very good service and I'm still stoked about the pool area that's the most clearest water at an apartment complex I've seen. Would deffintly recommend touring or moving in
Robin is a wonderful manger, she is really turning things around
This location is great for me and my kids school wise and closer to my job. I am closer to family and friends in this area also. quick routes to grocery stores, shopping areas, etc.
