They do pest control/inspections EVERY single month. I've rented several apartments but I've never had anyone to come in my unit every month. But I still find strange insects crawling around sometimes. Plus, what are you checking for if my smoke detectors were chirping because all the batteries were low. They had to have heard it because it did it non-stop until I changed the batteries out.

These are lovely townhomes however, managment sometimes come off as rude. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, they sound like they really don't want to be bothered and come off with an attitude. They make you feel intimidated to even call to report issues. I guess they don't really care about having good relationships with their tenants as long as you pay your rent on time and take care of their property.

These apartments are "ok". The biggest problem I had was excessive kids being out and coming under my carport. When I reported this, management didn't do anything about it. Kids are literally everywhere here and you would swear they have no parents. The apartment conditions are fair. They're not run down but they're not great either. Maintenance usually responds to maintenance issues within a few days and the maintenance staff are very nice men. I didn't have any problems with crime so that was a good thing. Again, kids were the biggest issue here. That's one of the main reasons I decided not to renew my lease. If management does something about the kids always being out (I'm suggesting a curfew or required parental supervision) I may rate it a 3.

This townhouse community is wonderful. The office staff has been nice and helpful from application process to now.
