We’re just a short drive or bus trip to Cornell University and Ithaca College. Cayuga Place faces the creek and a wooded hill, yet downtown Ithaca awaits just a block away! There is a $20 per person application fee, which is used for a credit and background check. The rent at Cayuga Place includes water, sewer, trash, and snow removal. Only additional bills are NYSEG. Internet/Cable is added on the lease for $75. Laundry is included in each unit for no additional fee.
