Parking is available in Green Street Garage and conveniently directly across the street. No car? No problem. Our convenient location allows easy access to public transit, Tompkins County Public Library, Cinemapolis, Ithaca Commons, Wegmans, Palmer Pharmacy, the Hotel Ithaca and many other wonderful amenities of downtown living. We’re just a short drive or bus trip to Cornell University and Ithaca College. Cayuga Place faces the creek and a wooded hill, yet downtown Ithaca awaits just a block away! There is a $20 per person application fee, which is used for a credit and background check. The rent at Cayuga Place includes water, sewer, trash, and snow removal. Only additional bills are NYSEG. Internet/Cable is added on the lease for $75. Laundry is included in each unit for no additional fee.
