Built using green construction methods, these energy-efficient apartments will have spectacular window walls, 10-foot ceilings, exposed duct-work, upgraded kitchen features, and security controlled access. Parking is available in Cayuga Street Garage and conveniently accessible through a connector bridge. No car? No problem. Our convenient location allows easy access to public transit, Tompkins County Public Library, Cinemapolis, Ithaca Commons, Wegmans, Palmer Pharmacy, the Hotel Ithaca and many other wonderful amenities of downtown living. We’re just a short drive or bus trip to Cornell University and Ithaca College. Cayuga Lofts faces the creek and a wooded hill, yet downtown Ithaca awaits just a block away! There is a $35 per person application fee, which is used for a credit and background check. The rent at Cayuga Lofts includes water, sewer, trash, and snow removal. Additional bills would be NYSEG and internet/cable (Spectrum). Laundry is included in each unit for no additional fee. We are pet friendly at Cayuga Lofts – there is a $350 non-refundable pet fee with a $25 monthly charge per pet as well. Feel free to reach out to us via phone or email.
