The Catherine place is, clean, quiet and perfect location. The leasing office employs are very helpful, friendly, I see professionalism on customer service Thank you!
I recently recommended the Cathrine to a coworker but after recent events I can no longer stand by that advice. The new management has severe lack of communication, safety concerns and overall care for the residents.
Every interaction as a resident at The Catherine is kind, professional, and welcoming at the first hello to the greeting as you leave. The property is always clean and the maintenance team is always ready to assist whether a call has been placed or when they are out and about working on the property doing other maintenance items. Everyone is always sure to offer a smile or a hello to each resident. It's a place that feels like home.

The price for the location for the unit size and community amenities is nice and affordable. The townhome style provides great space and separation if you live with others. The leasing and maintenance staff are cordial. GreyStar will nickel and dime you for things that other companies won’t charge for on move out, so be prepared for that. Also, I would not consider this a “luxury” property - It’s a very good B grade property. Has everything you need but definitely not luxury finishes or upgrades.

We have a pest-control service available, and we would like to schedule an inspection and treatment for your apartment as soon as possible to resolve the issue. In addition, our maintenance team can check for any areas that may be contributing to the problem.
Catherine is a pretty place to live in so far and has really good location for such a low price. The houses are old and you can tell.

Bring your ear plugs and cleaning supplies if you decide to move in. The walls are paper thin, and the windows and patio doors are single pane. We can literally hear our neighbors having normal speaking level conversations through the walls, and then late night gaming shouts and yelling and slamming controllers down, we have to wear ear plugs to bed. The units we were shown were beautiful, clean, and quiet. When we came to sign the paperwork we arrived to a halfway cleaned unit. Hair in the pain on the walls, kitchen drawers were dirty inside, cabinet doors and countertops had some sort of sticky stuff on them. We reported it and requested a better clean while we flew back to pack our old home out of state. When we made our official move our home smelled strongly of weed from the neighbors, and we saw paperwork in our unit stating it had been cleaned but the drawers were still dirty inside, cabinets and counters still sticky, and still hair in the paint... nothing had been done. Weekly landscaping done starting at 7 am, running gas powered leaf blowers, weed eaters, and occasional wood chippers for hours on end. Its SO loud here. The one good thing here is that the amenities are nice.

The community has its pros & cons. Pros - nice area, close to shopping & highways. Wifi is cox and is iffy at times. The walls are thin so you can HEAR your neighbors. And their dogs who bark, bark, bark, bark and bark some more. There is sadly NO access to the park/walking path behind the complex. the nice staff are leaving and the trash cans are too small for the community AND there is NO RECYCLING but there are electric car chargers. The worst part is the PACKAGE ROOM. The delivery people just dump the packages & don't use the lockers. There are not enough lockers for the entire community. :(

Not all it's cracked up to be. Rent is on the higher side, and while it has many amenities, quality of amenities has gone downhill recently. Incredibly corporate management atmosphere. Make sure you are on top of management or you will get screwed over.

Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience. The grounds and interiors are not maintained very well. Very outdated materials (aluminum windows, 1980's shower handles, bottom grade appliances). Sometimes the walls/trim are painted, most are ignored, splattered paint or dirty and gouged. Pool condition is gross - we do not want to even use it. Missing tiles all over, grime and thick dirty water lines, old deflated floaties in the bushes, people smoking. Barbeques are gross and the trays are disintegrating. People dont pick up their dog poop and the complex doesnt hire anyone to do it when they dont. SMELLS.

Since we moved in, I have put 2 maintenance request in which they were both responded to quickly. They were able to fix the issue within that same day. Even our move in process was smooth. Any doubts or worries we had were cleared by management as well as our questions. So far we are enjoying living here.

I have lived in The Catherine Townhomes for many years, even moving back here after a brief stint out of state. The staff continues to be exemplary in their concern, responsiveness, and handling of any issues. More importantly, the community is managed very well in order to avoid issues in the first place and that's appreciated. The only downside to the community is that the units are starting to show their age, but that's unavoidable without a complete and expensive renovation project, so it's understandable. And, frankly, to get into newer rental units would be costly. I would, and have, recommended this community to others.

Love living at Catherine Townhomes. Everything you could ever need or want, whether high-end shopping, going to the grocery store, dining out, going to the movie, it is all within reach. The area is safe and clean. I love that Catherine Townhomes does NOT look like your “typical” apartment complex. The grounds is so pretty, green and lush. While I have never used any of the amenities since I have lived here for going on 4 years, it’s nice to have options and access to the lovely pool, club house area, the fitness center, movie theater, etc.

Living here has been amazing!! From the start, the leasing office was so helpful. They did a zoom video tour with us because we moved from out of state and it was so nice. The townhouse was so clean when we moved in. The Catherine has been the best community we have lived in!!

The maintenance staff is AMAZING. The office staff is subpar. They are not very helpful with anything and hardly answer the phone. However the complex is nice and safe. If you don’t have to deal with the office staff, it’s ok.
The Catherine Townhomes are safe and quite relaxing; a comfortable place to live.
