Property Ratings at Catalina Apartments
The Catalina is a well run, well kept property. It has an excellent and very professional property manager who is attentive and focused on making the complex a nice place to live. It is in a nice area but unfortunately, like any major city, there are folks that pass through that do not belong. The management are continually doing their part in helping keep tenants safe. The facilities (pool, sauna, fitness center, dog park) are convenient to have on the grounds and are cleaned on a regular basis. If you're new to Southern California and want to live in a well run complex, this would be a great place to begin your journey.
Catalina Apartments have been a great place to live so far. I love having the washer/dryer in the apartment. Recently, however, they changed the grass areas in front of the building and replaced them with decorative plants and then fenced it off. So, us dog-owners need to walk a bit to find a grassy area. Why did they do this when they claim to be pet-friendly?
