Nice apartments

I moved in end of March and love living here. They replaced my air conditioning unit right away when it stopped working right after move in. Office staff returns phone calls if you have any issues the next day. The laundry room in each apartment with a washer and dryer is awesome ! Each apartment also has its own outside entrance. It is quiet in the part I am in. Highly recommend as a place to check out

decent

Pretty decent place to stay for the price. Very little guest parking. Maintenance usually fixes things in a timely manner. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbors having a conversation. Washers/dryers are pretty old. other appliances are fairly new. The leases are 13 months instead of 12. Good apartment for college students or a single couple. Not very spacious.

Management Issues

The apartment themselves are fine. Management is very rude and unhelpful (both front desk and office manager). Also the carports are no available because they are literally falling apart, and no one cares!

Highly recommend!

I lived at castle way for 6 years and loved it. It was wonderful to have your own entry as well as washer and dryer right in your apartment. It is close to everything in Saginaw. Management is very easy to deal with and always willing to help! Would highly recommend Castle Way Apartments!

Great Community to call home

I have lived here 9 years and just love it here. The people and neighbors are wonderful. The office staff is very helpful, kind and considerate. I have made Castle Way my home and feel very luck. I like the private entry, my own utility room and I can have my cat.

Great Apartments Excellant Management/Maintenance

We have been living in Castle Way Apartments since June 2014 and have loved every moment, we have lived in several other communities and this one has been the best by far. Management and Maintenance are very friendly and caring which makes it even more enjoyable to live here. The units are spacious and very affordable and the community is overall a quiet and Desirable place to live. Thanks to both Management and Maintenance.

Great Apartments, Poor Management.

I LOVE my physical apartment, the staff however is absolutely horrendous. I have had nothing but issues since I moved in, along with rude tenants/neighbors leaving notes on my vehicle, unprofessional management. If I could move out now I would. I absolutely hate it here and that's solely based on the management staff.

Nice Place to Live

In a quieter area of Saginaw Township area that is close to stores but still has a quiet nature. The people are friendly and the staff is timely.
