I am a new resident at Castilian Apartments moving from out of state. I chose this community after visiting a dozen different communities in the area. I was impressed with the leasing agent I met with that weekend. Brandon was professional and knowledgeable and thoughtful. I was also impressed by the fact that the community even had someone in the office on a Saturday. Many of the places I looked at did not have anyone available for a Saturday showing. Flying in from out of state to do my search on a weekend did not leave much time but I had made some appointments with other communities and had some lockbox combinations from some who did not have anyone in the office on Saturday. Brandon was one of the best leasing agents I met that day. My lease started on 01-Jul-24 but I was not in town again until a week later. Again, Brandon made me feel at home and gave me everything I needed to access my apartment and begin to settle in. After seeing my apartment for the first time, I had more questions. I went back to the office and Brandon was kind enough to introduce me to the manager, Amanda. I had seen Amanda's lunch just being delivered and I assumed I would need to wait to actually speak to her until after she ate. I was pleasantly surprised when she told me that lunch could wait. I shared a few concerns with her and, while we were talking, she was texting maintenance and the cleaning crew to address my concerns. In very short order Efrain from maintenance was at my apartment patiently allowing me to show him the things I was concerned about. He immediately started working on these things. Then the cleaning crew came in and did a wonderful job of addressing the things I brought to Amanda's attention. Amanda also scheduled the exterminator to visit my apartment just to give me peace of mind. I could not be happier so far with the level of professionalism and customer service I have received from everyone at Castilian. Good customer service is hard to find these days and these individuals have restored my faith that there are still good people who do care and want to do the very best for their customers. I definitely chose the right community when I decided to live at Castilian Apartments. Thank you.

It's a pretty nice complex. The only issue I had when moving was finding a time to come and get my keys, due to my schedule, but other than that everything was great! Staff was very kind and helpful and let me know of everything I needed.

I like where I live it’s quiet and comfortable for me.
This is one of the most poorly handled complexes I have visited. Shoutout to Brandon for doing his best to be helpful, but management is horrendous. Doesn’t know how to communicate. If you’re trying to move here do yourself find yourself somewhere better especially for the price you’re paying! Hope corporate sees this too

Rat infested apartments that are not fair nor accommodating. You will get evicted before they fix anything.

We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Castilian Apartments, but will take this opportunity to improve.
The community has great potential, however there are a lot of maintenance issues. Some are ongoing. And the neighbours from Hades live above us. The hallway near our front door is extremely dirty. I swept and washed it, but the dirt is ground in. Power washing and/or painting it would improve its appearance.

I had rats, yes rats, for about a year, and had to harrass them constantly to get it fixed. They are lazy, and office staff is horrible. They overcharged me on rent due to their incompetence, and now have to wait for them to refund me my overpayment. I do not suggest this place at all. Stupid people shooting every night and cops do not come. Kids cannot go outside, especially at night.

My boyfriend and I were a little skeptical about moving in because the surrounding area is not the best... But this complex is beautiful and kept up so well! The gym, pool, and laundry facilities are clean. There is security always on the property. And the apartments have been newly renovated. The staff is very professional and always able to answer questions. The pool is well maintained. Maintenance workers are always available when you need something repairs. The washer and dryers work amazing. All the neighbors are friendly and keep noise down at night time. - Mary Carroll

From the start to now my stay here has been so amazing!! The staff at the Castilian apartments really care for their residents. Every time I need maitenence (which has literally only been twice) they are quick to respond. And the fact that I’ve only needed them twice just shows how I’m great condition their apartments are. Their so beautiful and really live up to its community name! Some of the staff that I’ve gotten very familiar with have been Jay and Vanessa! They have been so so nice to my boyfriend and I and have been so helpful through the moving process and just a day to day basis. When they see you they recognize who you are and it’s so nice to have staff that cares like that! I love my apartment thank you family of Castilian apartments!!

Jay and Vanessa ARE AMAZING! Moved me in within days after an inconvenience and understood within circumstances, also kept me under consideration, and are both very kind. They made moving to a new APT a way easier transition for me. Apt was clean and smelled great when i moved in. Maintenance is AMAZING i emailed the office about a closet door needing repair and i got an email same day to set an appointment to get it fixed. They came when told and fixed the problem and i immediately got a call from Management for a follow up on how everything went.

For the past 3 months, Castilian has been a pretty great complex. There were a few issues while first moving in, but most have been fixed in a timely manner.

I lived here for a year while I was pregnant, my roof had an water leak in it , I called and complain nothing ever changed , 2 months after the same I moved out and it still wasn't fixed . maintenance is lazy and drives around on the carts all day and the property manager has no manners .
I've lived here for a little over a year and I warn anyone looking for a cheap apartment that this place is roach infested, has unreliable appliances, and rude front office employees. The only upside is that they're slowly ,and I do mean slowly, renovating the apartments. Everytime I call the front desk this one lady is always rude and unhelpful, you can tell she doesn't care about the people who are staying here.
