There is so much to say about Casella from the time you enter the door you’re treated with such warmth, kindness, you feel welcome. Taking the tour was amazing the pool area is so tranquil and peaceful. The library, the gym, and theatre everything is amazing. The entire community feels so peaceful. Just to mention so many events that is provided cooking class, water yoga Bingo, and so much more. It’s an amazing place to live.

The staff is very nice, and accommodating, provides a lot of options for group activities. Beautiful and Clean exterior and interior of building. Very well maintained. Plenty of parking available.
New property, a little smaller than others making it more intimate I think. Nice floor plans. I like the one open side courtyard and pool area And all parking is covered!

Well I keep repeating myself. Casella is a Beautiful Place to look at not to mention in the least a Fabulous Place to Live! I fell in love at first sight! Then after talking in length with the most knowledgeable and friendly office staff I decided to take a guided tour. Now the tour and seeing a one bedroom apartment, which was just what I was looking for it was a shoe in for me. I was in like Flynn! I looked at all the amenities like the 24hr Cafe where you get a self serve Coffee, Latte, Hot Chocolate, Tea! Sit down and watch TV while you drink your choice of beverage! Or go to the library sit down read a book or take it to your Apartment! Maybe YOU just came from the weight room sweating off those lbs or building up those muscles. Maybe doing yoga next door! Hey whatever you desire. Oh I’m Toni and you won’t find ME in either of those rooms! Maybe you sunning out by the pool, don’t forget that sunscreen! Maybe you’re in the pool. I know you took your dog to Our dog park and decided to bathe her at Our dog wash! Well folks, if you can’t stay busy here just take a nap in your well Air Conditioned Apartment or if you just can’t sit still, fill up the dishwasher or do some laundry in your full size washer and dryer! Whatever you decide I hope to see you soon because this will be the best move you ever make. Can’t wait to meet you!! Toni

Casella Apartments is in a league of its own. You get the feeling and ambiance of living in a 5-star hotel resort. Its landscaping is well kept and beautiful. The common areas are always clean. The corridors are air conditioned. The cyber cafe is well equipped to have small family and friends gatherings with its complimentary coffee, water and ice.
