I had an appointment with an email confirmation for 6:30 apparently their offices close at 5:00 we traveled half an hour both ways they wasted an hour of our day that could have been put to actually getting an apartment completely unprofessional do not apply

Nothing positive to say about this place. Poorly managed. Save yourself the trouble.

The management is very responsive and they keep improving the units, i got new appliances with new windows, which lowered my bills,

If you are considering living here, please please read this. I lived here for 2 years and I can tell you that it is not worth moving here. Rooms are overpriced for what they are worth. Half of the laundry machines literally don't work but will still take your money. Some management people are nice but overworked. Put in a work order and don't expect it to get fixed for a month. A couple of management people are just completely disrespectful and show up to fulfill orders drunk. They have security cameras that do not record/operate. Several people had their car broken into (including my wife's car) and the office "couldn't" give the recordings because there weren't any. There were gunshots on Market and 17th street (right outside my window) that killed a 25 year old man on December 31st of 2021. (you can find it on the internet for proof). They will barely snow plow the parking lot, I had to call off work multiple days in a row because the road and lot was not plowed with about 3 feet of snow on the ground for 2 or 3 days! (the other roads were safe to drive!) Maintenance and the office are absolutely unreachable/unavailable on the weekends. Any emergency would have to wait until Monday (if they're in a good mood to pick up the phone). I have only mentioned about half of the things that I experienced here. If there was a way for me to give this place no stars I would. Please, save your money and go elsewhere.

They appear to be making improvements but they are neglecting current tenants and problems and improvements are cheap.

The pictures are lies. When I moved into this place, I had to clean my entire apartment up and down because they didn't have the decency to clean it before I moved in. I have been waiting on new blinds for 3 months because mine are broken. Not a safe environment at all. Don't even look twice at this place

Don't be fooled by these photos! The current owners have only been with the company less than a year and did band aid covers. New floors and paint cannot removed the mold, mice, and roaches that have been there for years! You can do better than this place!

I recently moved here and I really like it. It's quiet and the apartment was nice and clean when I moved in. The landscaping is very pretty and I notice they have security patrol, which is nice. I've read some other reviews and I have to disagree with a lot of it. This is Canton, things are going to happen but I feel pretty safe here. I also like that they're pet friendly. The maintenance guys are awesome and all my issues have always been fixed same day. I really like the property manager. She's nice and friendly and always takes time to answer my questions. Overall, I think the people here are working really hard to make this place the best it can be. Don't let bad reviews fool you.

The apartments do not look anything like they do in the pictures. The landscaping is all weeds, the cabinets in the apartment are old and gross, old appliances, the laundry facility is dirty, since I’ve lived here I’ve seen creepy old men sitting on the steps inside my building everyday, smoking inside, I’ve seen an intoxicared man trying to fight security, just yesterday I saw someone fall down the stairs and he was very obviously way out of it due to drugs. These apartments are trash and not worth the money.

My friend and I enjoyed the walk through here. It is spacious, close to a lot of job opportunities and comfortable. The ladies who work here should be more available to help us with assistance though, overall I am looking forward to moving in here!
