I would recommend it for the location, responsiveness of the team, and overall amenities.
Looking at the website I see that the rates have increased quite a bit. I don't think they're worth that kind of money. On a positive note, the staff are responsive and that matters too.
Everything has been done in a professional and complete way.
The rent is expensive, but rents everywhere are expensive. Every staff member has been beyond kind and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and to my full satisfaction...very happy with my choice to land here.
A wonderful place to live! Beautiful grounds, elegant apartments along with excellent customer service when repairs are needed.

The environment is always pleasant.
I was unable to fully unpack the first week due to maintenance issues and me having to deep clean the kitchen and restrooms. The kitchen had the most disgusting grease stains on the cabinets, outside of the refrigerator, microwave, and corners of the floor. The corners of the kitchen floor were filled with dirt and grime. The carpet had acrylic nails with rhinestones and nails throughout the hall. The apartment should have been updated so that I don't have something new breaking every other day. It' been stressful and so much work

The community is lovely and quiet, the units are well appointed and spacious.
We have had no negative issues. We are just on a limited Social Security Income and just making ends meet. With this increase it will be difficult to be able to stay and afford it.
Nice, quiet, Accessibility to shops
I love this community and feel the "on campus personnel" does a fantastic job in keeping everyone safe and happy.
It's quiet, well kept up and the office staff seems to be able to handle a large amount of residents with friendly professionalism and who seem to care about their experience here.
I love this apartment community! I tell everyone how great my experience here has been and how happy I am here. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly and I have great neighbors! It was really apparent during the ice storm when everyone was checking on other residents. So sweet!

Great service and location, apartments need to be updated and remodeled at some point. Dated appliances, finishes etc.
Apartment was in good shape but not great shape. I am a true DIY type guy and I noticed a couple of paint/drywall flaws in the master bathroom that should have been fixed prior to our move in. Also we had to have both shower drains cleaned out once we had moved in. This is another "invisible" item that should have been checked and then addressed prior to our assuming occupancy.
The staff is here are very welcoming and friendly. Extremely helpful.

They are a professional, beautiful, kind, thoughtful team. I was grateful to live there, I felt safe. It was clean and requests were responded to immediately. They went the extra mile and we were kept informed. As a nurse, their response to covid was excellent. I would not have left and was considering moving to a townhouse. If I move back I will definitely want to come back to Cascade Summit. Thanks for everything.

I would recommend this apartment community because of the location (on top of the hill, access to walking trails, access to grocery store), friendliness of the staff, and comfortability of the living spaces.

West Linn is a wonderful community and this has been a nice place to live.
This is just one of the many reasons we've chosen to live here for 10 years plus.
I have just moved in to the apartment. To many things that should have been repaired or replaced, not done before move in date. Do not thing that anyone from this complex did a walk through prior to my arrival, to make sure the apartment was ready and all repairs had been done...this is a poor reflection of the Manager of this complex, not doing her job.
Everyone is super friendly and honestly want us to enjoy living here so they do everything they can to ensure we are taken care of.
It suited our needs to get up to Portland. We were waiting on a brand new senior retirement apartment. Everything was positive except we needed a community of seniors and activities. thanks
I would recommend for the location and staff most of all!
