Holland and Zeeland are neighboring towns in western Michigan off the shore of Lake Michigan. Most of the area is rural and filled with wooded spaces and farmland, but the commercial parts of Holland/Zeeland are situated between both towns in the southern section of Highway 31. The commercial section of town features plenty of modern amenities and entertainment like hotels, restaurants, big-box stores, grocers, and more. A theme park, gardens, and trails along Macatawa River are located in the area as well. More outdoor recreation is provided by Lake Michigan and Grand Rapids, which is only 30 miles northwest.

Very pleased with Cascade Apartments. Very respectful, very understanding, very reasonable, and also very helpful. However, what I'm really pleased about, is when I first viewed my apartment and seen how it looked (after I was told my apartment was going to be cleaned the morning of my move-in day), they were here within a quick minute or 2 to do a quick cleaning. Just very over all pleased with my move in process and everything it entails! Thank you for letting me experience this new chapter in my life with you guys!

Quiet, far from the highway, good value for money in terms of space. Staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is quite accessible. There are lots of green spaces and places to walk a dog

High rental prices. Office staff are not personable or have no empathy for any situation. Don’t talk to them about anything they will report you in every way they can.

Ive been here a few years since my daughter was born and it's been the best experience. It's my first apartment on my own and then my husband later moved in. It's been the best introduction into renting. An amazing office staff who is patient and transparent. Maintenance is quick and consistent. Overall a 10/10

Very nice laid back community, very clean and comfortable offers many amenities like pools. Park dog friendly, washer and dryer. Hook up lots of closet space. Many different floor plans, whatever you need, literally is here

Maintenance is always helpful and quick and the neighbors are nice. However, no one cleans up their dog poop. It's on the sidewalks, all over the dog park, everywhere in the grass.

What I noticed about Cascade Apts is the grounds are always clean and the lawn is well kept. The Staff are always willing to help with anything and do so with a smile. They have never been rude or difficult to me in the 7 years that I've been here. I like how it's location is very conveniently close, just a couple of miles away from everything. I like how the Cascade stands out from all the other's with it's maroon doors. Only downside is that because where I'm located that it is hard to find and mostly won't show on any map. So it makes deliveries hard to get. People that visit me get lost because they're gps are wrong also the numbers on the buildings so faded you can hardly make them during the day imagine at night. I don't know if anyone else has this problem. All in all it's a very pleasant place to live.

So far so good… the pool is perfect! Quiet and clean seemingly friendly neighborhood. Can’t say I love hearing the train in the morning as I’m used to the country but that’s not on the community.

I have lived here for seven years and in those seven years I have nothing but nice things to say about the Cascade family. They have been really great at making me feel welcomed and included. I moved here in 2017 when I was coming off a bad situation in my life. They were very understanding and attentive to my needs which made me feel safe. This place is a home and they're my family.
