Rent is to high for what you actually have and condition of apartments. You have for security but security doesnt exist or make rounds. Front office doesnt listen to complaints. Cops are here every night for whatever reason. The gym is nice, and the events they have are good like the food truck or detail services.

DO NOT MOVE TO CASALAGO EASTLAKE - this is a dangerous place. There are several families terrorizing everyone coming in and out of this place. Yes, the amenities are great, but we can’t use them because everyone is afraid to leave their home and get jumped or pepper sprayed by these crazy people. The police are here almost every day of the week, don’t let Casalago’s responses on previous reviews fool you. The police are here all the time, and they do NOTHING. The 24-hour security we pay for? Non-existent, I’ve never seen them. We’ve been here for 6 months and regret our decision every single day.

I have been at Casa Lago going on my second year. For the last year our community has gone down tremendously. There has been a break in in which management was of no help, pacakges have been stolen from people's front doors, there has been rat issues in which non of these issues have been addressed by management. There is such a large turnover in employees that your concerns or complaints get lost and the manager Mark will nevwr return calls. As of current there is a reaident that has literally been terrorized by another tenant what seems to be like daily occurence. There is numerous footage of this resident being violent, disrespectful and has yet to be evicted. The police are at this complex literally on a daily basis due to domestic violence issues or there to address the resident that is constantly harrasing our neighbor. Last week a group of young men were literally fighting as you enter our complex blocking the main streets to get to your home. There is no security at night even though management states that there is. Numerous residents have brought this to managements attention and still no improvement. I'm sorry but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND moving here unless your ready to witness nothing but chaos.

Casa Lagos is a wonderful place to reside. There are great amenities and fun things to participate in with community residence if you choose to. The maintenance staff are competent, courteous, and efficient. The leasing office staff have been responsive to any of my concerns or inquiries. Id definitely recommend Casa LAGO as a place to live.

We've lived here for 3 1/2 years. We were in a 2 bdrm first - which I loved because the living room was a good size, but then moved to a 3 bdrm as our family increased. But we still love it. It feels like a resort, but not overly so. The staff is wonderful and responsive. They try to make it a safe and pristine environment. At first, trifling neighbors (I don't know who) used to irk me when they didn't clean up after their dogs! But that seems to have improved. The two pools (front and back) have been remodeled and look better than ever! They are not responsible for the schools, but those are great too! All in all, we want a house eventually...I think. In the meantime, we are living our best life and enjoying it! Thanks, Tony Mino and Staff!

overall in comparison with other apartments this was the most difficult to move into and out of due to extremely limited parking spaces and limitations on pods or other moving services. This apartment was also the worst we have encountered with owners not picking up after the animals. Although ultimately not the apartments fault, after walking our dog we noticed the lack of dog waste bags throughout the property In Comparison to other apartments which we think contributed to this. Other than those two factors we had a wonderful living experience

I would recommend it because it?s a safe environment, it?s kid, and family friendly. I love the common areas, the poolsides, etc. It?s very comfortable living here, and I love that I don?t have to worry if something needs to be fixed in my apartment because the service maintenance will repair it quickly!

They only downfalls to these apartments are the lack of places for kids to play my kids have out grown the small playground area and I dont feel comfortable letting them play in the grass areas because they would have to cross the streets where cars speed thru or blatantly disregard stop signs.

I would recommend it because of the considerate and knowledgeable staff, the amenities, the town-house styled apartments, that they have washer/dryer in units, central AC, and an appropriate price range. My one concern will be guest parking at night.

I would recommend it due to its seclusion, maintenance staff, some office staff (when consistently the same people, and the ones without an attitude), and attached garages. However, due to ; the unsupervised kids, dog feces issue, loud parties at the pool (and ppl hogging the bbqs), fast driving, solicitors (church related), toddler playground having trash and teenagers, constant trash removal, old appliances, and small bedroom size, I would NOT recommend it. There are cheaper, more updated apartments up the street, where we moved.

I would recommend it’s a bit pricey but it worth it. The community is gated quiet and clean. But I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with medical condition like anything to do with joint pain. All the apartments had stairs

I reccommend our community quite often. Pricing, though, can stop some from inquiring further. But it is a great place to live!

I would reccomend this to people who only have two cars at most for parking reasons. Parking is very strict. Thats a good thing for some and a bad thing for others. The community and the staff is great. Some of the views are amazing at the complex. Ease of access to shopping centers, schools, and highways. Only real downside which would make me tell others interested is just the parking situation and yearly rent increases that might force some residents to move out sooner than expected.

I would recommend this apartment due to its beautiful location. I would not recommend this apartment due to the current cost of living here, as well as the fact that rent keeps increasing . I would also not recommend this apartment complex due to the constant issue of unsupervised children on the playground, as well as dog feces all around.

I would recommend this community because it is clean, well maintained, peaceful, and has such a beautiful view to the lake from the back pool and has an awesome Staff in the Lease Office. All Office Staff Members have been extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

I always recommend to friends and family looking for a place. We are very happy here. I really like the sense of community that is shown by the weekly foodtrucks, the seasonal appreciation events etc. It is quiet and clean.
