Property Ratings at Casa Royale Apartments
Terrible new management. Very loud place, people screaming at the pool area all the time. If you expect for deliveries forget it! The intercom is not working for 3 month! and the management is full of nonsense excuses.
Don't even think about living here. They shut down the water once a week. And sometime they do it surprisingly without warning.
We have been living here for about 5 years, and we absolutely love it. We are extremely sad to move, however we have to relocate due to work and school. My boyfriend and I are in our late 20's and we have an elementary aged child. The exterior of the apartment is clean and updated. Onsite staff is very welcoming and they work hard to maintain the site. We are definitely going to miss summer BBQ days at the pool when we move! We were initially referred to this place by a friend who was a previous tenant, also moved due to relocation for work. Her recommendation was primarily based on Ivete's amazing hospitality etiquette and the safety of the property. We were fortunate to have very friendly neighbors, which is hard to come by these days in this society. In all the time we have lived here we have never had roaches or anything else for that matter, which I was warned of when we first decided to move to the valley. Besides the occasional gnat and spider that slipped in, we lived a pest free life. Haha The interior is very modern and airy, which is easy to keep clean and pretty. It got warm at times during the summer but the wall AC was sufficient for those few months out of the year. All in all, this place is a rare find in the valley. I don't think I've seen or been to anything that is comparable in price.
This apartment looks nice on the outside and the price is fair considering the room size, however, the A/C is terrible and there is a massive roach problem. Its mostly colder outside than it is inside with the A/C on.The apartment manager said there were no roaches but they spray before each new tenant. Just days after moving in we saw roaches everywhere. Its like the exterminator treated with sugar water. Obviously the manager did not tell us the truth. My fiancé and I went with this place because its cheaper than living in the CSUN dorms.I do like the fact that the apartment is so close to the 405 freeway though; its easier for me to get to work.Another thing that is worth mentioning is the good security upon entering; you need a key to enter the apartment complex even if you go through the gate into the parking lot.
The building is a colossal nightmare,I CANNOT STATE HOW THIS BUILDING IS A DUMP!!!!!!!
