I have been living here for a while now and I notice that the team here is very professional. Any problems that come up they address them immediately and Majilin is always around to answer any question I see her moving about the apartment complex on the weekend. The security and the grounds are always well kept up also the location is great. Thanks for all your hard work Majilin, Jessica and Miguel

Ive been living here for 13 years now and love it. This is home to me because of the way the property is maintained and because of how great everything is resolved. On weekends Majilin in the front office is ready to help with whatever any of the tenants need. Whether its help with the laundry room, locked out and need keys, maintenance problems, paying rent she always helps or finds a solution. Will be here for much longer.

I called Casa Moreno apartments to schedule a tour and ask about availability. Majilin, the on site manager, was very attentive, professional, and friendly from the start. Even though there was no availability, Majilin was kind enough to offer me a tour of the site grounds. On the outside, the apartments look very well maintained. It was very quiet and peaceful during my visit. My experience with Casa Moreno apartments so far has been amazing!

Very nice apartments. Very clean. Good neighbours. I love private garages. The workers Miguel and Jessica are very attentive to repairs.

When i came here thought that I was going to be only for 6 month I feel safe and management and Maint are so helpful Jessica and Miguel. With everything that this place offer what else can I ask pet friendly/swimming pool/ laundry 24/7 and Enclosed Garage. I love it been here for more then 6 months LOL is my home. Went to visit my family at casa morenos during the summer and I was amazed how they have such great staff and such a clean property , not saying how clean the pool area is . One day I will move into this great property .

I been a resident of Casa Moreno Apartments for 5 years. My family & I are very happy here. Everything is so close by. We have a accessible laundry room. Our unit faces the pool and we enjoyed it every year. Lovely apartments.

I have lived here for several years now. Casa Moreno has been my home. My family and I have adjusted very well since we are closer to relatives. The schools are near by. The library is just across the street. Fast food places are just walking distance. The maintenance staff Miguel is always repairing things right away. Our manager Jessica is friendly and helpful. I am happy to call Casa Moreno my home.

My sister, brother and I have live at Casa Moreno Since July of 2016. Our apartments are always kept up even our unit. Repairs are reported and Miguel comes and repairs them. Our landlord Jessica is helpful. I like the convenience of everything being near by. We can walk just about anywhere. We like the location and the people.

My mom & I have lived here at Casa Moreno very comfortably. It's quiet with friendly neighbors. The pool is right in front of our apartment & the laundry room as well. Any repairs you may have Miguel can repair it. Our manager Jessica is on top of things. Our parking use to be carports but, now we have garages. I like the new garages. There have been new upgrades to the property that makes it look better & better every time. This is my home & love it here.

I have lived at Casa Moreno many different times. I have moved & come back & even relocate from one unit to another. Casa Moreno has been a really place to call home. My experience here does not compare to the other apartments I lived before. Miguel is on top of any maintenance repairs. Jessica the manager is attentive to residents repairs & the property as well. She welcome me & my son back here again. I really like that everything is walking distance. I recommend this place.

I have lived at Casa Moreno Apartments for 9 years. We call Casa Moreno our home sweet home. My family & I have always wanted to have a pet & thanks to the apartments we are able to have one. We have seen lots of good new changes in the apartments from the renovation of the building color to the expanded laundry room to the playground. Manager Jessica & maintenance Miguel are very attentive to any repairs that have been needed in our apartment. They care for their residents. I must say that the best thing about the apartments is that the laundry room is open 24 hours you may never know when you may need to wash. My family enjoys the pool every summer. I like to see how green the grass is & the flowers that are at the apartments. The landscape is always kept up. The apartments are well maintain. My family & I love the convenience of the schools, shopping centers & fast food places.

Casa Moreno is where I’ve called Home for the past 3years! Jessica’s the best manager ever,very attentive to the tenants always doing the best job to please you! Always available and so understanding! Friendly neighbors,quiet at night. Kid friendly as well as pets. Always improving the units n complex! Jessica I say is the best manager and always brightens your day when th a smile!

I have lived here over a year now and I love it here. Jessica the apartment manager is very professional she always makes sure that every thing is alright so this is a well kept apartment complex. We have a swimming pool and lots of green scenery trees and grass also cooking grills outside it is very nice here. Casa Moreno apartments are close to every thing the schools the shopping center the library and Kaiser hospital is right down the street along with UPS and there is another shopping center over there too. Also all of this is close to the freeway. Casa Moreno apartments are in a very good location and the community all around here is full of friendly happy people.

Been here since Feb 2016 and I must say that things have gotten better since I've been here. As usual (and like you can see in the comments below) Jessica is an excellent apt manager who does her best to assist the needs of her tenants. I do like that it is relatively quiet at night and there isn't a whole lot of traffic coming in and out of the complex from what I've observed. The pool isn't open 24/7 for those who are into swimming, but that isn't really much of a big deal to me. The closet is indeed spacious, the apt isn't huge but it isn't super small either, its pretty cozy. As I've stated, the atmosphere is calm and its usually quiet as it gets later in the evening. Definitely worth checking out.

Casa Moreno is a lovely little apartment community in La Puente that is just great! We've been here 2 years and have enjoyed our time here. The manager, Jessica, is like family. We're very happy to call Casa Moreno home.

I have been living here with my kids since 2010 and I must say I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. Jessica, the property manager has, since day one been, professional and kind throughout the years ecentually becoming a great friend. The environment is safe enough to hear and see kids of all ages playing outside of their homes. The property is always clean making it a comfortable place to reside and appreciate. If there are ever any issues of normal wear and tear such as plumbing... the repairs are usually handled by one of the kindest souls, Miguel, who within the next day or two performs his magic to ensure all is good. The laundry rooms are close in proximity to homes inside the property, spacious with plenty of washer and dryers to allow tenants easy access and always kept cleaned which shows the tenants respect the property as well. When the pools are open, there are often tenants enjoying themselves with their family and friends which keeps the environment and atmosphere friendly and positive. They even have BBQ grills for those who ever want to utilize it for special occasions or just because. After all of that being said, its affordable, near schools, grocery stores, great food spots and within minutes of major freeways. Overall, one couldn't go wrong to consider calling Casa Moreno Apartments their home.

I have officially lived at Casa Moreno for a year now. They offer a very friendly staff who is always more than willing to help with any tenant needs. The Resident Manager Jessica is delightful! Daily my son begs for us to go visit her in her office. They offer an extremely quick turnaround time on any problem that may arise in your unit. It is a very quiet complex, with very well-maintained grounds. Landscapers come weekly to make sure that our complex is looking neat and clean. Casa Moreno is centrally located and walking distance to various stores and restaurants including a brand-new McDonalds. It is very close to many schools. Sunkist Elementary is directly behind our complex and Bassett High School is only 2 blocks away. One of my personal favorites is that we have the library directly in front of our building. I also can’t forget to mention that I love that they offer 24hour access to both of our laundry rooms.

Roaches, Check Rude neighbors, Chech Vulgar, loud children, Check Flexibility, Not in a million years. Once you sign the lease, you're done! Stay away!!!

The apartment in the inside it's nice The management however it's not very nice we have a swimming pool that it's open only from May to September they have very abnormal laws I had to sign a 30 page contract with a lot of weird rules sample: for Christmas they tell you when to take your decorations off the windows or any holiday decorations, once a year they come into the appointment just to see how you if u keep it clean and many many more rules I am a single mother so I have no choice but to stay here this is all I can afford.

My fiancée n I r so excited to move in sep 5 into Casa Moreno can't wait... The property owner is nice and answer the phone all the time

Here in Casa Moreno the tenants are very friendly and helpful. They have s selection of one br. 2br. And even some with a patio so you can have your furry friend run around and yes this means they do accept pets! Jessica our property manager is an AMAZING person who helped us move in and was there for us EVERY step of the way to insure we get a room! GREAT neighborhood EVERYTHING so CLOSE, grocery stores,restaurants even big stores like Wal-Mart and target are less than 5 mins away! You can even stop by in and out on your way home! There are 2 pools you can use to beat this heat away! Amazing place utilities paid except for gas and light comes with stove and oven ready for use!
