Leasing team was very helpful and nice when explaining the set up of everything. The WiFi set up was so easy. The move in was smooth once the service elevator was working properly.

Excellent location and amenities. Love the gym, business center and shops. The location in Dixie is so convenient and the protected parking is wonderful. Love that we can have our dogs with us as well.

I have had some issues with noisy neighbors, but the office has been very helpful and attentive to my emails with quick responses. Other than that the gym and pool are great ammenities and the location is awesome.

The community is super friendly and helpful. My apartment is serene, quiet and clean. The fitness room is everything one could want out of a gym and extremely clean and quiet.

I had a tour scheduled for 8/7 after a week of back-and-forth communication with an agent named Jeff. Upon arrival, a staff member named Juan let Jeff know I had arrived by saying, “Your appointment is here.” What happened next was truly unacceptable. Jeff, in front of everyone, snapped: “I don’t care who takes who, just take him on the tour.” There was an immediate pause in the room. Juan and a woman seated in the office exchanged a look of disbelief — one of those silent reactions you only give when something deeply inappropriate just happened. While they later claimed, “He’s not usually like this,” their faces told a different story. This felt like something they’ve had to sit through before. Juan took me on the tour, I tried to let it go. The property is beautiful, and I stayed open-minded. But today 8-29 , I called back with a simple question about availability. Jeff picked up the phone. When I asked for Juan, I was told he wasn’t in. I then asked a basic leasing question — what units were currently available — and Jeff outright refused to answer. He repeated “Juan will call you back” multiple times and shut down the conversation completely. Then came the breaking point, I came in to the office again and he was alone, and I let him know about my uncomfortableness with the previous interactions — he let out a smug, corny little laugh. Not the kind that eases tension. The kind that makes you feel like the punchline to someone else’s private joke. And was told to email the manager This isn’t just poor service. It’s a pattern of behavior from someone who clearly has no regard for professionalism or people. I will not be signing here. Not because the property isn’t worth it — but because no resident deserves to deal with someone like this before they even move in. I’m asking for someone from corporate — not office staff — to contact me directly. If this is how your front-line employee treats potential renters, imagine how current residents are being treated. This is a stain on your brand. Fix it.

The Staff are all very courteous and helpful. The Pool was recently cleaned and there are new plantings throughout the complex. The festive gatherings with Tapas at the Pool are always enjoyed by all. The location is convenient as well. With much gratitude, W

Wonderful community. Clean and extremely well kept. The cleanliness ensures comfort. For one, I greatly appreciate that. The amenities are top notch and well taken care of. The gym rivals monthly membership places. Our son loves the kids room.

Casa Mara is a beautiful place to live. from the location, to the swift response of their maintenance team, to the stunning amenities to the style of the apartments. They lose one star because they chose VERY cheap washer dryer sets that are known to destroy whites, leave permanent scuff marks on clothing and ripped my sheets. This is an issue for me and many other neighbors. $150 Professional cleaning out of our own pockets still did not fix the issue. Let's just say, my monthly dry cleaning bill is hefty.

This complex is a diamond in the rough! Great service, new everything ..lots of conveniences ! The grounds are very attractive and the staff friendly and helpful!

One of the office workers behaved completely inappropriately and unprofessionally towards my family and we were given a notice of delinquency on our door WRONGLY. I went to the office, spoke with the assistant manager, and was never given an apology by the office worker who harassed my wife, family, and me. The community also doesn’t tell us when to expect things like the grill to be completed. There are no community wide emails that keep us privy to this knowledge. Right now one of the electric vehicle charging stations is NOT WORKING and nothing proactive is being done about it. The events could be FAR better than they are considering rent prices, should have better food, wine, and drinks, and the Clubhouse should be open for community events and rentals. The manager of the main office isn’t even there more than HALF of working hours. It’s really pathetic. Oh, and oftentimes the hot tub isn’t even hot. What on earth are we paying for? A ripoff, that’s what.

The Staff is always polite, professional, and most helpful. The overall grounds are maintained nicely too. The location is very convenient for many activities. Keep up the good work! Bravo, BB

So far, my experience has been extremely positive and everything during the move-in process was seamless. I was able to preview the exact unit I moved into before making a decision. They also did a deep clean of the apartment before I moved in.

Felt very welcomed from the minute I moved in. I had a small hiccup on the second day when I was moving furniture. The door lock battery died so had to call maintenance to get it resolved. Took a bit longer than expected because the maintenance guy was given the wrong apt number. However was able to meet some of my neighbors while I waited. Overall great experience so far!

Great environment, amenities, and location! Perfect are for children as well (kiddie pool, children’s play center, tropical smoothie!). Highly recommend.

since i moved in all of the amenities are super nice and the neighbors are friendly! i love all the dogs too and you cant hear the neighbors so that's a plus!!
