Casa Mara is a beautiful place to live. from the location, to the swift response of their maintenance team, to the stunning amenities to the style of the apartments. They lose one star because they chose VERY cheap washer dryer sets that are known to destroy whites, leave permanent scuff marks on clothing and ripped my sheets. This is an issue for me and many other neighbors. $150 Professional cleaning out of our own pockets still did not fix the issue. Let's just say, my monthly dry cleaning bill is hefty.

One of the office workers behaved completely inappropriately and unprofessionally towards my family and we were given a notice of delinquency on our door WRONGLY. I went to the office, spoke with the assistant manager, and was never given an apology by the office worker who harassed my wife, family, and me. The community also doesn’t tell us when to expect things like the grill to be completed. There are no community wide emails that keep us privy to this knowledge. Right now one of the electric vehicle charging stations is NOT WORKING and nothing proactive is being done about it. The events could be FAR better than they are considering rent prices, should have better food, wine, and drinks, and the Clubhouse should be open for community events and rentals. The manager of the main office isn’t even there more than HALF of working hours. It’s really pathetic. Oh, and oftentimes the hot tub isn’t even hot. What on earth are we paying for? A ripoff, that’s what.

Felt very welcomed from the minute I moved in. I had a small hiccup on the second day when I was moving furniture. The door lock battery died so had to call maintenance to get it resolved. Took a bit longer than expected because the maintenance guy was given the wrong apt number. However was able to meet some of my neighbors while I waited. Overall great experience so far!

Friendly staff and community. Wonderful amenities. Easy move in. Safe community with secure access points. Ample guest parking. Guest accessibility is a bit difficult though.
The staff is very helpful. I had a maintenance emergency in the middle of the night recently and the response time was very quick. The staff has always been very accommodating.

since i moved in all of the amenities are super nice and the neighbors are friendly! i love all the dogs too and you cant hear the neighbors so that's a plus!!

Love it so far very clean and homey. I see the cleaning ladies almost every day and the gym is just simply amazing. It’s a plus to have a jacuzzi as many buildings do not I would just better the whole trash situation. It works well but it is not pleasant to get out of the elevator and see 50 trash cans is makes the hallway smell as well.

Ever since I moved into Casa Mara, my experience in West Palm Beach has changed completely. Its such a beautiful, curated and nice area; excellent facilities, love the pool and doggie park. Also, the attention to detail and customer service is flawless, you feel like your in a luxury hotel all the time with the coziness of your own home. The friends at the Leasing office are amazing as well and will always help you and give you the best smiles (Wil and Ana). Overall, if you're thinking of moving to Casa Mara, do it!

Property has mold in units, new office management is rude. No security people jump the fence and use pool and phones are stole from residents. I would stay away from the price you are paying here

Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Easy access to building with amazing security. I prefer a lower level building to get in and out of rather than a tall apartment. Everything I need is in the area; urgent care, grocery store, car wash, gym, church, salon, costco! I am loving this new home so far

Lovely. We are in between homes. The facility is fine. We tend to stay at hotels when we are in between homes. The pool area is top-tier. It is well-designed. The pool area is very well done.

It’s been wonderful living here. The amenities are amazing. The location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and great food shopping nearby. Close to the intercostal, downtown and 95. The trains and airplanes can be a bit annoying at times and the walls are thinner than I’d prefer but overall you can’t beat the community. Hard to find a place that has everything and Casa Mara has it all.
