Quiet and quaint

The apartment is a cozy 2 bedroom with minimal amenities and closet/ cabinet space. The water pressure is usually good and electricity surges frequently. Lastly, if there is a garage space available, take it. It's worth every penny.

Quiet area

It's a quiet area. Not a lot of commotion, which is nice. The only downside is there is no parking and the only one washer and dryer for the whole building , it's always occupied.
