The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Casa Grande
I LOVE living here. After reading the most recent review of a CLEARLY disgruntled previous renter who probably had an issue with management, I felt it necessary to write my review because I’d already been meaning to do so. First off, the community is quiet. Any mature individual can appreciate that factor. You can’t find management like this everywhere, and we KNOW this because I’ve lived in over 5 different places in the last 10 years. This is our family’s final apartment before homeownership because it’s comfortable enough to handle DECENT living considering the surrounding area. The apartment complex is kept SUPER clean and is constantly monitored and maintained. From gardening to holiday decoration and wiped-down railings to washed out stalls, there really isn’t any stones unturned. Security is of no concern. The manager keeps his eye on EVERYTHING. I’ve never had a package go missing, no matter how long it’s outside. Aside from COMPLETELY tearing the building down to upgrade the inner plumbing, adding additional parking, and add an elevator (because carrying groceries is a pain), there’s not much they can do to make it better with basics. It’s not the newest place but they offer upgrades for each new apartment that opens up. It’s pretty rare for 2br to become vacant. If you can appreciate management that treats everyone equally with rules, then this place is for you. No-nonsense comes in handy when there’s some unruly NEW tenants that come in used to b.s. in other places. NOT HERE. The amenities are nice. We are a young, working family. I’d recommend the place to quiet students, small families, or starter apartments for couples. Single people who want to entertain often, probably not for you. Pests? Nope. I saw ONE critter once when a family moved out beneath us and left everything behind. They came out and sprayed immediately, SAME DAY. NEVER had any other incidents with pests; otherwise, we wouldn’t be here. The photos do this place justice because it’s kept up year round. No surprises. Not to mention we are the best looking on the whole block with a convenience store a stones throw away. Dislikes? If any, it’d be the price of the washer/dryer units for the capacity, the female manager banged on my window BEFORE trying to knock on the door (I was sitting right in my living room and never had an interaction with her), AND I hope our rent never exceeds a number that outshines the current level of comfort. Everything else is fair.
When I was planning to move to LA back in May of 2014, the Casa Grande Apartments was my first choice and of course my family didn't think so. So, when I finally moved to LA I picked an apartment that was not really what I wanted. Then I saw The Casa Grande Apt was leasing, I jumped at the chance and leased the studio. I feel so safe in the building. Being a single woman, moving to a new city, this place was a great security blanket for me. I know that the management and the manager ensures that everyone living here are safe. Some might say there are too many rules, I don't think so. The management just wants the tenants to respect each like and of course the property. Did you ever lived in a place where your neighbors are playing loud music till 3AM or you have a kids and their friends running around, playing in the pool making noise while you are trying to catch in nap on a saturday afternoon. The Casa Grande Apartments makes everyone take into account that you need to respect yourself and your fellow tenants. This is why I want to stay and transfer to the 2 bedroom apt. I feel The Casa Grande Apartments is safe for my mother who is retiring and planning on moving to Californiatat the end of the year. This place has everything, a pool, jacuzzi, a gym and utilizes included in the rent, perfect for my mother.
