I had the pleasure of meeting Tina and viewing what was supposed to be my first apartment. Everything was clean, the outside walk way was gorgeous, clean pool, nice neighbors, and Tina was the sweetest woman ever! Unfortunately due to covid, my job wasn’t guaranteed to remain open and I couldn’t go forward with moving in. I would’ve LOVED to be a part of this community, it is truly something special.
Will not recommend lived here for 2 months before the roaches ran me out. Never lived with bugs and sure was not about to start now.
Awesome quiet small safe complex. Amazing manager and staff!!
These apartments may look decent but the living is horrible, they have BAD Pest problems! Roaches will be in your cabinets, bathrooms ect. There's always trash by the car ports. The people are okay and landlord is okay, but if your looking for a clean environment to live I do Not recommend these.
I called for a 3 bedroom and she said no we don't have any "click" just hanged up ... -_- I had more questions but its fine ill just take my money somewhere else to rent
I applied for a apartment for casa del Sol. The person answering the phone there should not be a problem for me renting a place. I explained everything to her she said no problem you will get it. I did not get a place threw them. That's how they get over on people charging that high credit check.
