Property Ratings at Casa Antigua Condominiums
Betty B. Is the property manager and she does an excellent job managing the property. Casa Antigua is clean. You will not see any trash anywhere. The pool is properly maintained. The office has a great environment feeling inside making you feel homie. My family and I have never had a problem. Juan is the janitor who fixes everything himself in the entire property. Juan has been excellent by taking care of my work orders within 24-72 hours. He never misses a beat and does a quick and professional job. Juan has a great personality and definitely recommend him for any repairs. Betty has taken care of us his before we got into the property when we first started to look for a place. Betty continues to be an amazing property manager. It is rare for me to drive by the office or take my Mail and not see her in the office. Betty is around when you need her. If she is not around its because she is out handling other residents concerns. Betty is the only one and not many can handle such a big responsibility. I highly recommend to reside at this place.
I called this plscecafew times last yesr only to have nobody answer. I then drove down from Tucson to lookat the place and it was locked up. I called and told and left a msg sayingI was out front. Then I waited 1/3 an hour. nobody returned adn nobody returned any of my phone calls.

From the initial phone contact to the application submission, she exhibited such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS becoming agitated and frustrated during our discussion about the property and the application process. The property manager is AN IMPATIENT PERSON: SHE IS INCAPABLE OF WORKING WITH PEOPLE!! Frustrated with our inquiries, THE PROPERTY MANAGER TOLD US TO LEAVE!! THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS UNFIT TO BE IN SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SHE IS A POOR REPRESENTATIVE for any organization and as a manager for that matter!! GOOD LUCK TO THE CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE TENANTS!!

When my family and I arrived at Fort Huachuca, we decided to rent at Casa Antigua until our home was ready. What a fantastic decision! Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, sparkling pool, close to everything - just perfect. It was like a vacation! The apartments are HUGE and perfectly laid out. The full size washer & dryer and spacious kitchen was especially handy, since our HHGs hadn't arrived yet and I have 3 kids! Don't hesitate to live here. Short or long term - you will be happy!
This is a wonderful place to live: in the beautiful Sierra Vista, right beside the mall, restaurants, with great neighbors. The condominium has won the prize of the cleanest pool and spa of all Sierra Vista, has great features and beautiful landscape. Love it!
