Some of the staff are nice, but unfortunately, others are really unprofessional. They don’t seem to care about the residents at all and are not helpful when you need support. I've seen them standing around outside, talking on the phone while people are waiting for help. It feels like they think they’re above doing their job—more like they see themselves as the owners rather than employees. It’s frustrating when you live here and just want respectful and responsive service.

I have lived here for 9 months and will not be renewing. This place is filthy, has serious maintenance issues. I've had a leaking roof for 8 months, a broken toilet for 7 months, roaches, and mold. The walls are so thin you can't get a moment's peace hearing all of your neighbors, some who blast loud music or party at all hours of the night. Also, foul odors come through daily via the A/C vents. Even an expensive air purifier cannot keep the apartment smelling clean. The onsite office staff have all quit recently. The property management company, Arlington Properties, just sent me a lease renewal which doubled my rent if I want to go month to month. These people are slum lords. You can do better in Cary for the price.

Office plans a lot of events throughout month. Friendly and hardworking maintanance who are always quick to respond to help. So issues with certain units because of how old they are.

I’ve always given great reviews of the staff and maintenance, and I’ve been a resident for almost 6 yeas. I must be honest, though, there have clearly been some changes as the current office staff are not very helpful or friendly. In fact they have been rather dismissive and difficult to communicate with. On the other hand, maintenance staff I have encountered have been quite helpful, although there seems to be no such thing as routine maintenance any longer.

Cary Pines is a quiet place. The view I have is pleasant, especially during the spring and fall. The grass here could use a little help, but all in all...Its very nice.

I've been a renter for 12 years and I have never experienced anything like the 8 weeks of hell I've suffered at this terrible place. The place was FILTHY when we moved in and they claimed to send cleaners twice but both teams we saw now impact beyond vacuum tracks in the carpets. On night 1, we discovered 5 roaches and realized there were many more. In week 2, we saw a mouse in the kitchen sink that was looking for food in an empty sink. We have since caught 6 mice and the front office doesn't even call the exterminator when we ask. First, the exterminators can only come on Wednesdays (how OUTRAGEOUS is that!?), second, the front office has to put us on the list for the exterminators to actually come and the front office has forgotten to do so 4 out of the 8 times we've asked. So if they can't clean an apartment, or set up a proper solution for horrific living conditions, what good are they for? Cary Pines is the worst place a human being could live

Such a welcoming community and amazing team behind Cary Pines. I love the location - very safe and tucked away but also close enough to everything Cary offers. I love my apartment so far. No issues with pests and any issues with maintenance are addressed so quickly and with kindness.

I absolutely love the staff they are so nice and helpful. Tickets for issues get resolved rather quickly and they really try to connect with the residents on monthly basis with special treats and surprises. The community is Kid and pet friendly. Things to do for all ages. They try their best to correct the negative behaviors of tenants and offset with a positive thank you to those doing what is right. Plenty of amenities. Wish the prices would come down but inflation is everywhere.

A nice and quiet place to live. Management is always eager to help with any issues that may arise. The individuals that come to repair and fix things that break or need repairs are curtious and knowledgeable, and always seem to have the issue fixed in a matter of minutes. Amenities are nice and well kept and are a nice draw to living here.

I have very much enjoyed living here since April. It's quiet, the rental office and service folks respond in reasonable amounts of time and I like the location as it it close to many things.

I just moved into a classic unit. The front desk ladies and community are great so far. The only thing I've noticed is bugs. Great location!

so far it’s been great! the apartments are nice and the area is amazing! there’s everything you need either in a walkable distance or very short driving distance. it’s amazing!

Reasonably had problems with air conditioning. Maintenance and management team here are incredible. The problem was fixed and did it very timely...And all I can say is I'm very comfortable in this horrible.

It’s a great neighborhood, only thing I don’t like is there is not a lot of storage space and bugs. You get put on pest control list just for pest control not show up.

Loving this place. It's so nice to see services that clean the outside of the homes as well as the porches and stairs. It gave me incentives to establish a sitting area with plants. Very nice place to reside in. Thank you!
