Property Ratings at Carson Palms Apartments
Absolutely invested with roaches. The monthly maintenance does nothing and eventually you become numb to seeing them throughout your apartment. Very helpless feeling. I stopped using my kitchen entirely after 4 months here due to it being infested and taken over by cockroaches. They need to do a complete overhaul to this building. I completely gave up when I thought it was a roach rubbing in my closet and turns it was a RAT. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone other than who absolutely in the worst way needed a place to stay. Neighbors are all pretty friendly however,
Have been having a problem with roaches and mice since moving in. I pay for my own pest services from Orkin but still occasionally see dead mice and roaches. Unless they are exterminated from all units then this will be a problem that cannot be solved. Additionally, the walls are so thin that if you have noisy neighbors it's hard to get some sleep.
This apartment is very close to many establishments whichis a very good thing. Close to different restaurants,stores and hospital for your needs.
