The community is senior only: 62 years of age and up only. The location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, cleaners, and shopping centers. We work out of a waitlist when an apartment is available, and unfortunately we have just finished filling in the spots that were available on our waiting list and it is now officially closed as of November 15th, 2019 and we are no longer accepting applications at this time.
