Good for the price you pay. The amenities are decent at this price. You get to save money while being centrally located.

Very Poor Property with Horrible HOA and Rental Companies in Charge
I've lived here for a year, and I've had issues with maintenance and repairs the entire time. I have mold growing in my apartment, and no one has done anything to fix it. It's affecting my health, and it's a safety hazard. The people that own these apartment buildings (as well as the HOA) do not care about the people who live here. Save yourself the headache, spend more money, and live somewhere else.
