We spot cleaned the entire apartment, leaving not so much as a paper towel behind when we moved. Management not only kept our entire deposit but sued us for breaking our lease early when we found and bought a house, even though we gave them plenty of notice and was told “it wouldn’t be a problem.” Besides that, the walls are paper thin and the complex smells. Keep looking, you can do better.

Unless you want to hear your neighbors consistently it’s awful you can hear right through the walls no sound barrier

My SO and I moved into these apartments in March of 2012. When we first moved in everything was great! We loved the leasing manager and staff, and everything was wonderful. When that leasing manager left things started going downhill. We didn't get things we were promised. Also, we were charged for a pet deposit when that had not been part of a previous agreement. The leasing office now seems very uninterested and distant. Also, in the last two years or so we have had the WORST neighbors imaginable. The cops were called when one of them drunkenly took a hammer to the buzz-in panel on Christmas Eve and our "door bell" buzzer wouldn't go off for an hour. The leasing office's response: "We'll look into it".. Nothing happened! They still live across the hall from us. We are looking forward to moving when our current lease is up. To be fair, I must compliment the grounds and the maintenance team. Any time we have had a maintenance request it has been resolved almost instantly! The grounds are always kept clean and nice. I wish there was a pool or walking trail, etc but it's still nice! Pros and cons to everything I suppose!

First I was not impressed by the staff or her willingness to show me the property. The apartments were small and not all of them had washer dryer hook up. But when she walked me around to see the back patio you had dodge dog pooooo!!! It was every where. Then the retaining pond smelled. I toured the property in May so if it was smelling then what would it be like in the heat of the summer. As I stated before you could not pay me to live there!
