Great property and landscaping! I have lived here for a couple years now and have not had any pest control problems. The maintenance crew is great and really help you out. I love the area! Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants and banks around!

I’ve been here almost 7 months and I can confidently say I love it here. Neighbors are amazing, quiet neighborhood, very safe, and haven’t had any issues. Management communicates effectively and handles any issues with urgency! Love it here

The Carriage House Apts are close to everything that I need; shopping, banking, WAWA, lots of stores. Apartment is clean and warm and everything was in working order. Outside the front door is a large open area green park with plenty of trees that is enclosed by the different apartment buildings! Can’t wait for summer :) AND...very helpful staff - Julie, Erica, and Joe! Thanks for everything.
