Property Ratings at Carriage House Apartments
This place is amazing. I love my apartment. Almost all utilities are included and they also provide some furniture for free! The staff are friendly. Maintenance is good and their staff are fast and responding
We have just renewed our lease in Carriage House Apartments for one more year and highly recommend this complex to anyone/family who looks for a convenient place with access to most of the bus routs to the Cornell and downtown. The office people are very polite and try to help you as soon as possible if there is any issue. Justin (the manager)is so caring and flexible so you will feel very good and be able to arrange to move in. If there is any issue regarding the apartment that concerns you he is a very helpful man and does what ever he can to help you. They have 24/7 maintenance service. We have not have a problem unless it's been addressed promptly. The garden is very nice and my daughter plays there almost everyday. It is 30 min walk to the Campus if you like to walk in a nice summer day, and there are couple of bus routs that you can take instead. Have recommended this complex to couple of my friends who moved to Ithaca and they are happy as well.
