These apartments are beautiful, amenities are great, and the people in management are the most efficient and friendly people you will find! Overall a great place to live if you want somewhere clean and friendly.

From the minute I pulled in I knew it was the place for me. Management was welcoming, place was clean and the price was right. Aside from all that the location is what I love the most. Allows me to hop on the highway and get where I need to go for work easy breezy.

I really enjoyed my time living here. My sister and I lived in the 2 bedroom unit and there was more than enough living space for the both of us. In addition, I really appreciated the property managers! They always fixed things when I called.

I liked a few places near Forrest City, but this is my favorite. Apartments are in great shape, with so much being included. Plus I find the people/staff friendly here.

I was very pleased with the size of the 2 Bedroom Unit I lived in. The amenities were very nice, especially the playground. My kids loved it and I felt very safe with them playing there. I loved that there was a washer and dryer hookup in the unit, that is a big plus for me as I have 2 kids and a lot of laundry. Great location A+

This is a great option if you can't afford Memphis. The upgrades are nice.Supposedly new management. They did seem nice.

They had a lot of apartment options I could choose from. I didn't realize they have several buildings. They all had new flooring and countertops. It has laundry and hookups for W/D-- if I like it I'm going to get a new washer and dryer. The manager seems nice and responsive -- which is hard to find these days.

I’ve lived in several places around Forrest City and this this the best place I’ve found. The units are good and have everything I need. Also the staff is very friendly and take care of the tenants. I definitely recommend living here.

I liked they had different floor plans. I went with the 3 BR. It has a washer/dryer hookup and laundry which is good. Not many local places have that option or their facilities aren't so great. The parking is great -- lots of parking. There is good storage and I liked the management --they at least get back to you on the weekends.

Been looking to relocate from Memphis. This is the best deal around I could find. They have several different floor plans but I have the 2 BR, 1BA. I liked it because it has a washer-dryer hookup. The floors seem new and the kitchen is clean. I ordered high-speed internet from the cable provider -- that was important to me.
