Carriage Hill apartments are just as beautiful as when I was a kid visiting my sister there. I am now retiring and hoping to live there soon. It will really feel like home to me and my partner.
they have mice and they never want to fix things landlord lives on the site and you still will have major issues
The management is quick to respond and the rooms are large. It is older building and not updated. It is in central spot making it easy to get to places in 15-25 minutes. Bus stop close by and the parking lot newly paved. Most of the time it is quite.
