Peaceful neighborhood. Management are very helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests get dealt with in a short time. Great value for the rent paid. I lived here for 3 years and loved it.

I've never had a moving experience go more smoothly. Office staff was helpful and organized, maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable, and I'm proud to invite my friends over because the property is so beautiful. I'm lucky there was availability. 10/10 would recommend

I chose this place to be closer to family in Greece and I’m glad I did! Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had no major issues and my minor complaints are always addressed right away. I never have any parking issues like I did at my last place either. Nice and quiet property!

This place is out of date they charge top dollar for rent but dont keep up on maintenance. Management rude and not professional as soon as my rent gets to due date I'm out... wont recommend this place to my worst enemy

This place was fine when I lived there. Nobody bothers you and it's quiet. When I tried to leave they could not be a bigger pain. I had to move for work. I was moving out of state. I had one and a half months left on my lease and they refused to work with me on it. They made me pay for utilities for that last month even though nobody was living there. I am not even allowed to turn my keys in early. They refuse to accept them until the end of the lease which means I have to mail them from a few states away, incurring another cost. I am assuming they will find some bogus reason to keep my security deposit. Then they promised me that the parking lot sealing would be completed before my move out date but it was delayed and the exact day I wanted to get a moving truck there I couldn't. So now I have to carry all my belongings down the street to load into the truck. They literally will not give an inch on anything with helping people out. They look out for themselves and that is it.

Carriage Glen is the best place I've ever lived in my whole life. I couldn’t be happier. The property is clean, well landscaped, quiet, and safe. The management team really does an amazing job doing whatever they can to make your living experience here as carefree as possible. Friendly and professional staff, maintenance gets done in a timely manner, and the management company is easy to contact if need be. Everyone is very personable which makes living here enjoyable. Been here for 5 years, and looking forward to 5 more!

WE HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2012. WE ARE SENIORS, WHEN WE CALLED FOR THEM TO FIX SOMETHING, THEY ARE THERE THE SAME DAY. I LOVE IT BECAUSE WE HAVE WASHER AND DRYER IN OUR APARTMENT. LOTS OF SPACE. IT FEELS LIKE A REAL HOME TO US. THE ONLY DRAW BACK IS THE PRICE. WE DONT WANT TO MOVE. BUT WE MIGHT HAVE TO DOWN SIZE. I WOULD COME BACK HERE IF WE SHOULD MOVE. I NEVER WANT TO MOVE EVER. We are close to stores and restaurants, as well as some doctors and a center to take and analyze blood. We have some wooded areas and it is lovely to be able to watch deer, geese, wild turkeys and other animals. Each appt. has a porch or patio and it's own laundry with machines included. The apartments are well maintained. There is a large pool, tennis court, basketball court, exercise room with sauna and shower. People are friendly and it is a lovely place to live. Bus service can take us to the city of Rochester while we actually live in a suburb close to Lake Ontario.

DBI is a decent management company. The grounds are very well kept. But when it comes to needed repairs you need to be diligent and pushy. And maintenance walks in with no pause from the knock on the door- very disconcerting. Gas leak got two years that was only fixed when I calledc RGE and they red tagged. Refusal to replace ailing old appliances until dead and you've paid huge amounts extra in energy. And do not expect decent air conditioning but do expect to pay an pay just to try to get it to a decent (76) temp. Be prepared to have to push to get decent appliance results. And be prepared to pay to RGE because they refuse to fix.
