Really nice location close to many important places downtown and around Boise.
Living here at Carriage Crossing has been amazing. Management and staff are very helpful and it is an amazing place to live.
I recently moved to Carriage Crossing Appartments (CCA). The lease office staff is cooperative and made my onboarding process very smooth and as per desired dates even when i was thousands of miles away. Before handing over the keys, they allowed me to inspect the apartment and report any issues/damages/malfunctioning and resoved them immediately. CCA has an in-house support team that is attentive and provides excellent service and support. All issues were addressed with permanent solutions. NO TEMPORARY FIXES. All maintenance services were scheduled as per my convenient timing, with minimal turnaround time and up to satisfaction. The Appartments are surrounded by beautiful and well maintained lawns, beautiful flowers like tulips, orchids, roses, and many more with sootheyour eyes and gives mental peace and and attracts varietyof Birds. CCA includes a well maintained club house where many events are organized around the year by CCA Management. I attended the Easter party. The other amenities are well maintained like swimming pool, gym, pool table, mini theater, kitchen etc. There is a kids playing area with well maintained playing equipment like swings, slides, and many more. There is ample reserved covered parking and unreserved uncover parking. The best experience comes with disciplines which CCA Management regulates here and that make it the best residential place. The CCA Management schedules and keeps all common outages well planned and informed to affected Appartments. I am thankful to CCA team for making my stay a wonderful one and will intend to continue renting with CCA for my remaining stay in Boise, ID. - Thanks M.S.Wadhva

Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. The Neighbours are also nice and it’s quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with CCA property management. I intend to continue renting from CCA for the remainder of my years. I strongly recommend their properties to all incoming families and new migrants looking for housing. They have recently renovated apartments. Thanks for giving us that kind of services.

I've lived here for about six months. The apartments are clean, spacious, and more reasonably priced than anywhere else I found when looking in Boise. A quiet neighborhood that's close to downtown but also right across the street from groceries/food. Staff is friendly and I haven't had any issues so far! -Madelyn J.
The management is very good with keeping you updated on what's going on with the apartments. If you ever have any issues they are very quick to help and fix the issues. Only thing I could comment on would be that the hot tub is hardly ever working. But other then that, it's a beautiful place to live at.
We love our spacious 3 bedroom apartment! The remodeled complex has beautiful grounds. There’s a pool, hot tub, fitness room and a playground for the littles. The ponds add a quaint touch. There’s even a grocery store across the street giving an added convenience. There’s a lot of parks close by. The office staff has been super accommodating and professional throughout our 2 yr occupancy. The maintence team is definitely rated 5 stars as they tend to regular tasks and unforeseen emergencies. Overall a great place to live!!
Asia did a great job of letting us know all of the options when selecting an apartment. We have lived here for 7 months and the area is clean, pretty, and has many amenities. The area is in great walking distance of Alberstons, axiom fitness, and the greenbelt. Looking forward to living her much longer.

By far, the most amazing place I've stayed at. Has a playground and pool and is very kid friendly. Food trucks come once in a while as well as other events the apartments hold around the holidays. Grocery store, restaurants, and much more so close by. Staff is amazing and so friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking!

Great little cottage style apartment complex, with a cute little creek and park in the center. We have very much enjoyed our time with the complex and will be telling everyone about them. Apt E304
We rented here for two years! Enjoyed the amenities like the pool as well as the short distance to downtown. At first, the staff was amazing, easy to reach, and quick to find solutions. Then, after about a year, they had a misstep in the attic above our apartment and fell through the roof into the kitchen. We were out of town at the time of this mishap but had someone coming to feed our cat. During their time patching everything up, they left personal food items as well as things to fix the hole and didn't clean up after they were done so there was dust and paint on the counters, floor, and cupboard doors. When telling the office this, the person was on their phone and dismissed our complaint and stated that the maintenance staff was not concluded with their fix (even though we got a maintenance statement saying that they were finished). Then, upon moving out, we had questions and discrepancies with the move out statement. No one would return a message or phone call up until the last day before they were going to send the statement balance to collections. I would say our renting experience was never awful but not the best all the time.
Overall great experience 3 months in. Application and move in process was pain free. Very easy process. The staff does an excellent job. We've had some minor repairs needed on the place and they've moved quick to get it all done. Now the apartment is as good as new. Any other request we've had, they've worked with us on. Very happy with how they've handled everything. Apartment is comfortable. New floors were already in before we got here.
Apartments are older and average quality at best. Parking lot and sidewalks are not kept clean. The office is inconsistent and doing anything with them that doesn't involve giving them money for something is slow and difficult. Their website is full of malware which they keep saying they are going to fix but never do. Beware that they will charge you a cleaning fee when you move out that is not covered by the nonrefundable deposits/fees you pay when you move in no matter how clean the apartment is. Our apartment was pretty dirty considering that it was supposedly professionally cleaned when the last people moved out. We cleaned it to much cleaner than when we moved in and they still charged us a cleaning fee. Honestly this place isn't the worst in the world but they're far from good. You can find nicer apartments for the same price or better in other areas of Boise. The management/office does all the things that remind you why you don't want to rent from big complexes like this unless you have to. There are plenty of other better options in Boise, don't rent from here.
We lived here for close to 2 years and we loved our stay here. Maintenance is very good, they will fix/replace most of the things if they go bad. Leasing management is also very humble and respond to questions very well. I used to play Racquetball here multiple times a week and it was well maintained. Gym and swimming pool are ok but better as compared to other communities with same rent rates. Ample parking space is available with one reserved parking for each apartment. Footpath and playing area are well maintained. They clean and decorate the open areas with new plants each year in spring. Its so beautiful to walk in summer time. We wouldn't have left it if our job assigned haven't changed. Will definitely miss living here. Thank you Carriage crossing management for letting us stay in such an lovely community.
I've lived at Carriage Crossing for a year now, and it's ok. The maintenance staff is awesome-- super friendly and helpful. We haven't had huge problems with noise. The grounds are kept looking okay most of the time. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The neighbors are pretty friendly. I like that you can do rent month-to-month. I like having a washer and dryer in the unit. The carpets and kitchens are in desperate need of an upgrade, though, with newer appliances and counters. Same for the bathroom. The thing I really dislike though is most of the office staff. They're often unhelpful and rude, as if your questions are a waste of their time. I hesitate to go in there because I'm never sure if the person at the desk is going to be nice or not. I'm worried that if I ever move out, they're going to nickel and dime me for everything on the cleaning-- just seems like the kind of management running the place. They're also inconsistent in letting you know if you have a package at the office. A package could sit in the office for weeks without you ever knowing it. It would also be really nice if they could do an online payment system.
Do not expect clean apartments. Oven was in bad condition, with food residue, unclean. Carpet were patchy with some fluid residue. When you move out they will charge you for all different types of cleaning, but you will not get clean apartment when you move in.
this complex is close to shopping and nice walking trails.We also have a large pool and work out room. We are very close to the main parks in Boise and the Grainbelt walking park.
I've lived at Carriage Crossing for 7 months, and we've loved it. Maintenance always fixes things (even minor things like squeaky doors) within a few days. The grounds are gorgeous, and we have a large, beautiful tree outside our window. The master bedroom is pretty large, and everything is clean and works well. I love having a washer/dryer in the unit. And the amenities are pretty good. We love the racquetball court, but the gym doesn't have as many weight machines as I'd expect. Awesome location right across the street from Albertson's & Gordman's, but with quick access to downtown and the Greenbelt.
