Belinda needs a raise! Coming from the housing environment, I was surprised by Belinda's leasing skills. She was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Tour route was good, cleanliness was okay. We left with all the information we needed to apply and everything eas clear.

Very Good Experience with Maintenance Request on 4-1-25 Caesar arrived 1st on the day of my request and assessed the problem with the AC unit inside and outside, then sent for another gentleman to come. Arturo then arrived and put more freon in the outside unit, used wet/dry vacuum to clean up dust in utility closet. Both did a GREAT JOB!! Thank you both!

Units are only “freshened-up” before move in. So if your unit was vacant for a bit expect need to do a deep clean on your own time. They only wipe down counters and clean out appliances. They don’t clean the floors or clear out cobwebs ect.. My feet were black after walking through. I approached them about this and they just said they did their routine freshen up and that’s all they do for move ins. Staff has been nice otherwise and facilities seem ok. Appliances are old as others stated, but they work. Make sure to check everything closely at move in.. there was a crack in my garbage disposal causing a leak and the fridge door didn’t close completely. Really disappointed they rent out dirty units and wouldn’t do anything more when I approached them about it, move in was going well otherwise.
Very friendly leading staff and maintenance staff. Maintenance gets done in timely manner. complex is pretty quiet, even around pool area. Beautiful scenery. Overall great!

Not enough maintenance people, they have not been able to repair my washing machine in a week. The only answer I get is that they don't have enough people. Dog poop everywhere owners don't care and front office does nothing. Gym equipment can be out of service for months. Would recommend to view other options.

I love living in the Carmel Apartments. Super clean, safe and have lots of things for kids. Games and pools for children. GYM for adults. They are excellent. I recommend them.
Pest control is horrible here. Roaches everywhere.
I've been at the Carmel Apts going on 3yrs and I must say I don't have any complaints! They have made our stay here enjoyable! The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient! They are always happy to help and try to do everything possible to meet your needs. Maintance is very friendly and always on top of whatever work order you put in. Several times we have had to call the emergency after hours line for our AC and they are here quickly and resolve whatever issue it maybe. The amenities offered are unlike any other apartment complex we have been to here in Laredo. For the price, you can't beat it! Thank you Carmel for an enjoyable stay! =)
