In the first courtyard of Carlsbad Coast Apartments, there is seating and chase lounges around the sparkling pool. In the second courtyard, tenants have access to the 24hr-fitness center and sundeck above the fitness center. Each courtyard has a community outdoor shower to rinse before and after swim, and picnic area to enjoy the BBQ grill. All off-street parking offered is gated and each unit comes with one assigned parking stall.
