Property Ratings at Carlsbad Coast
Great location just blocks from the beach and Carlsbad village. The property is very well maintained and has gorgeous landscaping. Gated community with assigned parking. Residents are friendly and quiet. The property manager, Teresa, is a dream. She is extremely helpful and is on site, if you need anything. She genuinely cares about the residents and makes everyone feel so welcome.
I have lived here for 17 years, and I can say that Teresa has being the best manager we have had. She is always attentive to our needs and works extremely well to maintain the property always clean and presentable. The area is amazing. The Beach and the Village are a walking distance. It is refreshing to see how much Teresa cares for us residents and for the property. I have never seen Teresa upset or unkind. I strongly recommend this property.
Carlsbad Coast is a very nice place to live and the on-site management is invaluable. Teresa was a major driver in my decision to move here, because she made everything so pleasant and easy, and it's just as great being a resident here as it was during the initial process of viewing the community. Definitely a lovely place to live and I recommend it--the location is fantastic, too--it's right by the ocean, but feels private and cozy bc it's tucked away off the main road.
Carlsbad Coast is a wonderful property in an amazing location and is very pet friendly. Easy walking distance to the beach and Carlsbad Village. The property manager Teresa cares deeply about the residents and the look of the property itself. 100% recommend for remote workers who want access to anything you need without needing to drive.
I lived here a little over a year while in the military. The property is clean and nicely kept. The staff and property manager Theresa is exceptional. If I wasn’t moving out of California I would continue to live here.

Moved in three weeks ago and my experience has been good so far. The complex is clean and maintenance is quick. It’s a close-quarters and older complex so noises from your neighbors can be heard very easily, but everyone seems generally respectful of the peace and quiet. Teresa is great and very pleasant to deal with!

This quaint complex is about 2 blocks from the beach. This property is well kept and the landscape is beautiful. There is a nice mix of people who live here. It is relatively quiet here though there are children and pets. Teresa, the manager does an excellent job and treat everyone like family, is very kind, attentive while doing her job and enforcing policies in a very respectful way. The maintenance person is very nice, speaks to everyone and attends to the needs of the tenants with a smile and is very respectful. I am very comfortable hear and feel very safe here, day and night!

A safe, decent place to live, just blocks from the ocean and village. The first rule of real estate - location, location, location.

I absolutely loved living at Carlsbad Coast! Not only is it right by the beach, but the community itself is a lovely place to call home. Teresa and Gustavo go out of their way to accommodate everyone. The community is kept very nicely. It’s also one of the only gated communities in the village so you don’t have to worry about parking. I lived here alone with my dog and always felt safe. Thank you Teresa for making Carlsbad Coast so great??

Carlsbad Coast is a beautiful property to live. It is always quiet, never any trouble, great neighbors, and is run in a very professional manner. I love the property manager here, Teresa Cardenas, she is so warm and friendly. Teresa is an excellent property manager and she maintains the property and the rules with such professionalism, and a big heart. Very thankful to have a property manager such as her. The property makes me feel like I am at a resort, not to mention how close we are to the beach! Love love it here.

This is a very clean & well managed complex. We chose to not live in a house anymore and live at the beach with this property in mind.
Carlsbad Coast is a well-maintained property and has an excellent manager (Teresa). The complex is quiet and my neighbors are polite and respectful. Everything I need is right here and it's a short walk (2 blocks) to the beach. I'm glad I chose Carlsbad Coast. -Emily
Complex is well maintained, a short walk to the beach and Carlsbad Village, with a pool and small gym. Like other apartments in the area, the units do not have washer/dryers, however having assigned spots in a gated parking lot is a plus. The community is small and welcoming, and I'm glad to call this home.
