Custom fitted wood vinyl flooring blinds, upscale sink and lighting fixture fixtures in the kitchen and, and lighting fixtures are fitted throughout the unit. All studios have washer/dryer hookups. Both one-and-two-bedroom units have an interior washer/dryer stackable, dishwasher, and garbage disposal included in the rent. On unit availability, the 1*1 and 2*2 feature a cozy patio or balcony. . In the first courtyard of Carlsbad Coast Apartments, there is seating and chase lounges around the sparkling pool. In the second courtyard, tenants have access to the 24hr-fitness center and sundeck above the fitness center. Each courtyard has a community outdoor shower to rinse before and after swim, and picnic area to enjoy the BBQ grill. All off-street parking offered is gated and each unit comes with one assigned parking stall.
