I would not recommend living here. I stayed for 14 months, and during that time, several amenities were consistently unavailable. One summer, the pool closest to my apartment was out of service the entire season. I also wanted to use the racquetball court, but the AC never worked, making it unbearable to play—it felt like an oven. The property is outdated, and for the price, there are much better options in the area. On top of that, when I was moving out, it felt like they were trying to charge me as much as possible just because I was leaving. Overall, not worth it.

I've lived at Caprock CT for almost two years, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The complex is generally quiet and well-maintained, with a friendly atmosphere among neighbors. The location is convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to main roads, which has been a big plus for my daily commute. Maintenance has usually been responsive and helpful, especially for routine fixes. The apartment layout is functional, and I appreciate the space and natural lighting. Rent has remained relatively reasonable for the area, which is another reason I’ve stayed as long as I have. Overall, Caprock CT Apartments has been a comfortable and reliable place to call home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid apartment in a good location.

I just moved in last month, and just love it. Management is responsive and professional. Also, no barking dogs or loud noises. I work from home, and it has been very peaceful. I plan on staying for a long time!

I stayed at Caprock in their fully furnished unit while in El Paso for 7 months and it was a great experience. The property is very well kept, management is responsive to any needs you have and I was very pleased with the amenities at the property. The location is very convenient to many great restaurants and all the retail stores you would need. I really appreciated working with Lana as my move out date was not clear my last couple of months, and she was extremely professional along with the entire staff!

Really great place to live! The apartments grounds are well taken care of and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Much better than my old place.

Really enjoyed living here. Environment is nice although new neighbors played music until 10 pm Cats allowed to roam even on your patio. Fridge broken when I moved in and lost frozen food; storm hit and water came in through the fireplace; and the a/c broke in the middle of summer and had to rely on ONE window unit for two days. But the topper was the nickel and diming when I moved out. ONE dollar I was charged for a dirty drawer. At 65, I could not clean the ceiling fans. Charged. Never used a light by the wet bar. Needed a new bulb. Charged. Was told the dishwasher was dirty!!!! Inside!! Charged. I was so shocked and disappointed. Don't expect your deposit and expect to pay more. So very disappointed in this place.

I’ve lived at Caprock 36 years and have stayed because it is so well maintained and reasonably priced. The staff/management are the best I’ve ever had. It is kept clean, has very nice trees and other landscaping and has clear rules that keep the property trouble-free and as safe as anyone could want. The pools and other facilities are top notch. Any problems such as plumbing or difficulties with major appliances are fixed as quickly as can be! I also love the deal they made with Spectrum. It may sound far fetched but my cable bill dropped by about $100. Neighbors have always been so nice over the years. We are divorce, like our city, and we help each other! Only had to complain about one guy once about 20 years ago. They don’t put up with rude folks. The complex is in a great place — a block from Walgreens, Chase Bank, Taco Cabana, Pelicans restaurant, gas stations, Food King Grocery, Starbucks, Village Inn, my dentist, gas station and much more. All near intersection of Mesa and Sunland Park Drive. I have lived in about 15 cities, 7 states and in Japan and Italy. Caprock is home.

Caprock has been a great place to live. Rent is affordable for the size of the space with a lot of great amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, groceries, with a short commute downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in El Paso!

I’ve been living here for a couple of years and I love it! I think my rent is pretty reasonably priced, the amenities are decent, and my neighbors are great. Wifi and premium cable are included, and all utilities except for electricity are allocated. Definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Will charge outrageous fees at move out. It is not worth it !!!

The best! I've lived here for three years and I have no issues in the loft. The cabinets, anything with wood are a bit cheap but ok. no washer dryer connections is kind of a drag. safe neiberhood! maintenance and office staff are professional and fast to handle any problem. Hate to leave my cozy apartment but leaving out of the city soon.

Comfortable living tennis court exercise room 2 large pools jacuzi Pets welcome maintenance keeps up with the grounds fast repairs when requested. Love my place I call it home sweet home.

Caprock apartments are located between Thunderbird and Shadow mountain drive on El Paso's beautiful west side. The staff at Caprock are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds same day usually if you have any issues with your apartment. The buildings and grounds are kept very well. People here are very friendly. Caprock apartments also has a workout room, racket ball court, tennis court and 2 beautifully kept pools. All in all I would recommend Caprock apartments to anyone who is looking for a very nice place to stay without having to pay over 1,000 per month.

My apartment is a one bedroom two story loft,I live alone don't have much in the apartment can't afford it
