Bordered by the Chino Valley Freeway on its east side, commuting from the neighborhood is easy. While it is primarily residential, there's ample shopping in the northwest corner of the neighborhood, near the intersection of Pipeline Avenue and Chino Hills Parkway. Here, you'll find restaurants, banks, grocery stores, specialty shops, and other businesses.
The Los Serranos Country Club covers much of the neighborhood, offering two 18-hole golf courses, a large lake, a clubhouse, and a driving range. I’ve lived here for 8 years, and it’s honestly been a great experience. The amenities are awesome, and the management team really cares. They actually listen to residents concerns and do their best to make this a great place to live. They’re also understanding and helpful whenever you need anything. Maintenance is always around, keeping everything looking nice. It’s a quiet and peaceful community. After all these years, this place still feels like home!

Everyone has been kind and helpful. The maintenance team is always on top of everything, very quick on resolving your issue and they keep the community nice and clean. The office staff is also very responsive, kind, and helpful with any concerns or questions you might have. I have lived here since 2017 and do not plan on moving anytime soon.

This is the second time my wife and I have lived here. Its just as good as when we left. Since then there have been upgrades to the units and the addition of the dog park is a huge plus. The leasing staff is amazing and has been very responsive to any questions that we have. The work orders that weve put in are either handled the same day, or the next morning. Everyones been very responsive and Im very happy to be back here.

Don't rent here unless your a single person with only 1 vehicle and are ok with a lot of noise. The apartment looks nice from the outside and floor layout is beautiful but neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. So many dogs barking all day and night since neighbors like to leave them out on there patios.

It's very noisy street, the ambulance passes by atleast once a day. We saw a neighbor pee in the parking lot and she walked out to her apartment after. People never pick up after their dogs when dooty bags are clearly right in front of them.

The place is beautiful and it is very new, I have to say. In the beginning five months everything was great until on October, I ordered two shelves from amazon and on the delivery date, I got a note in my mail which said "the package is too big to fit in parcel locker, so it was left in the leasing office." I brought the note to the leasing office and they could not find it??? The two shelf worth about one hundred and fifty dollars. The second one is in November, I ordered two outfits from Wildfox which worth over three hundred and fifty dollars. On the FEDEX website, they say the package was delivered however, I did not get anything either in front of my door or in the leasing office, then I contacted FEDEX and the driver remembered he left the package in the leasing office. I do not know what is going on.

Wow, worst experience ever… If you are looking into moving here I suggest you look elsewhere. I was one of the first residents to move into Capriana in July of 2015. The staff was really nice during the leasing process but once you move in and they have you hooked, you should expect to be treated in the worse possible way. So where do I start... On March 26, 2016 I went in to talk to the site manager to express some security concerns (which of course he knew nothing about) and as fate would have it, 3 weeks later my car and garage was burglarized, I ended up losing about 5 thousand dollars worth of possessions. The manager knew what happened the morning of the incident and when I went into the office to speak to them, they had the nerve to tell me that they were still closed, even though I could see them inside. I guess if you are the victim of a crime, it has to be during business hours for them to help you. Anyways, turns out that the security guard was sitting in his car nowhere near the parking lots. Anyhow, this place is beautiful, when we first moved in it was great, until you start noticing that other than the maintenance staff, the management is terrible. In January, there was a forced entry break in at an apartment right in front of the office, so much for a “gated community”. Don’t let those specials fool you either, once your lease is over with that promotion, your rent is going to jump up like crazy if you want to stick around. Long story short, beautiful place, horrible management, crime is a serious issue, and if you have a problem, be ready to speak to their attorney.
The best apartments ever! The amenities are awesome, the staff is great, so many small details that really help your every day life, including the built in USB outlets! I have lived in so many apartments and I always found flaws, I honestly have no complaints living here!!
