Property Ratings at Capri
New super and property manager don’t communicate. I’ve gotten several noise complaints and even N5s for “moving furniture “???? Trying to talk to anyone about it is pointless they don’t care or answer. Better float around your unit to avoid potential eviction
New owner in 2022, does not care about the place. New superintendents have no idea what they’re doing.
