I have lived at Capri Creek Apt since 2022. Me and my family love it here, we loved it so much that we just renewed our lease for another year. The amenities are great, the neighbors are wonderful, and the new management team responds in a timely manner with requests or issues (though few) we may have. Capri Creek is situated within walking distance of a lovely 4 to 5-mile walking trail along farm land and a neighborhood strip mall featuring a very nice Safeway; Starbucks; Acme Burger; Great Clips; nail salon; cleaners; and Mexican restaurant. The complex has a lovely "club house" - which works for company or large gatherings - featuring a large screen TV; pool table; and more. The complex also offers a nice swimming pool and hot tub; a dog cleaning facility and a fitness room. The gardens are beautiful and include a large courtyard with fountain and fire pit plus a large barbecue and dining tables. It is relaxing, well maintained and offers a serene experience.

Not happy with initial application process. Communication with site management was inconsistent as we had to contact a manager at another site to help finish the application process and still were not able to finish the application.

Great people and wonderful neighbors. The capri creek apartments is clean and very safe for families my wife and I have two kids and they love it here schools are very Close. Safeway, restaurant, pizza, acme burger, two baseball fields,two basketball courts, leg horn park playgrounds for kids and BBQ áreas and Starbucks coffee last but not least chunkies Taqueria all these entertainment and food Just a block away. I will recommend capri creek to my friends and family we’re very happy to be here.

Serene and tranquil, Capri Creek Apartments in East Petaluma offers a vacation vibe with a well kept complex featuring apartments that open up to beautiful, shady surrounding gardens and a central park for residents. Just steps away to the west - a shopping center includes an excellent Safeway; Starbucks; nail salon; Great Clips; cleaners; Arthur Murray Dance Studio; Mexican restaurant and burger joint. Also near by is Leghorn Park with baseball field, basketball and tennis courts. Go east a few steps and you'll find a beautiful paved 5 mile walking trail with amazing views of surrounding farms, vineyards and mountains. Apartments are modern and the complex has many perks including large swimming pool; snazzy community clubhouse with work out room, pool table and there's even a bathing center for your pooch! Weather is the best you'll find in Petaluma, with cool breezes at night and amazing clouds and fog through each season.

This year I renewed my contract, I love this place, I shop frequently at Safeway, I have my favorite pizzeria nearby, my son's school is nearby and a big field to play with my dog.

Overall, I am very happy living in the Capri Creek Apartments. There have been a few bumps in the road with repairs taking too long, office staff/phones not available, but things have improved tremendously. One comment, the rent is high and charging extra for parking seems unfair. Every place else I have lived always included secure parking.

Capri Creek Apartments is a charming location in East Petaluma with a resort-like atmosphere nestled between: - a wonderful strip mall (featuring a very nice grocery store and several nice shops) - and a beautiful 4 to 5 mile walking trail with incredible views. The Capri Creek is very thoughtfully cared for and always looking beautiful. In the front office, is Blaire - an engaging and friendly manager who is always helpful, fast and thoughtful about maintenance requests and is a keen problem solver and someone who keeps their word. And I've got to give a shout out for Kelsey - our maintenance man - who has been very sweet, always upbeat and has solved or repaired any issue we have had in our apartment.

The maintenance situation in terms of repairs and upkeep of the apartments is poor. Horrible, actually. The landscape maintenance is very good.
This community is a nice and quiet place to live here.It has a clubhouse that can be used for any events like baby shower etc.It also has a glass fire pit outside and some spots for bbq.
Overall it’s been great the staff has been friendly and when it comes to responding emails they do so fast. The community has so many great services
I have loved living here at Capri Creek and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood and overall a very positive experience.
Beautiful surroundings and nice neighborhood. Except for getting more expensive, no other concerns. Very convenient for a family with little kids.
The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The neighbors are so friendly, polite and helpful. Maintenance ensures a quick turn around for all of my concerns. I love it here!
Maintenance is unreliable and rent is raised by a lot annually including a new monthly charge for one parking spot included with each apartment. Most landscaping is beautiful but random shrubs are dead and left ugly for months by landscapers. Looks trashy. Speaking of trash, dog owners toss their dog waste into the trash are with no care for making it in the dumpster. Then you have to step over it when you need to take out the trash.
I was very well received by the Capri Creek team, I am loving my new home, a clean and cozy place, close to the Safeway supermarket, close to my son's school.
Apartments and grounds are nice. The new barbecue and sitting area are a nice addition to the property. All the neighbors i’ve had the pleasure to meet are all very nice.
This is a quiet and peaceful community where I can relax or work from home. The staff is very friendly. I haven't used the pool yet, but I'm glad there is one. It is a nice place to live.

Lovely mediterranean aesthetic. Wondrous, xeriscaped, zen-like, outdoor common areas complete with fire pits, grills, and shade. Exquisite clubhouse, pool and gym. Beautiful community.
Living here has been an enjoyable experience, We have lived here for 3 years, and just renewed our lease. The office staff are always helpful, and the maintenance staff is always quick and efficient. The ground are always in top shape. We have used the clubhouse, and that was a great feature. Of coarse we enjoy the pool, We are proud to live here when friends come to visit.
Living at Capri Creek almost feels like we're on vacation. We love the vacation like setting - yet we're steps from the grocery store and other services. And having the walking path just a block away encourages us to walk on a regular basis. My favorite part of living here are the views from the balconies and kitchen window.
Nice and clean. Friendly neighborhood. All kinds of amenities for residents. Close to groceries and schools. Only 10 minutes to my work. Very convenient
This building is a state of the art and we love living here. It’s calm and peaceful and of course so clean. The common area is beautiful and well maintained.
