Very convinient location although you do need a car, as although things are in walking distance the abundance of multilane roads around here means being a pedestrian is somewhat dangerous. The appartment feels very spacious but the pipes and such are in view which means you can also hear all the plumbing and whatnot going on. A couple of times it has woken me up as I thought that a bunch of water spilled onto my floor only to realize it was just someone flushing or whatever. The events are also very nice and a nice way to meet new people in the complex.

Capitol on 28th is the best! Maintenance is amazing, the pool is beautiful, the community room is a great space to host guests and the gym is well kept! I love it here

We’ve lived all over and the capitol on 28th has been our favorite place to live for so many reasons! They have the best front office staff!! Bralon has helped us so much from day one. Any time we have had any issues, maintenance has been so quick to help. We have nothing but good to say about this complex and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

I lived at the Capitol on 28th from August 2019 to June 2021 and it was a great place to live while I was in Oklahoma for school. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and genuinely care about residents. They do a lot of resident appreciation events, such as organizing food trucks or doing grab-and-go breakfasts. It's in a great location; close to downtown, but not too close. The walls are pretty solid, so it's fairly quiet for an apartment complex. It's very pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for me. The view outside of my apartment was looking at the state Capitol, which was a pretty cool view. I liked that the apartment has a covered parking option and that it's a gated community. There's also an elevator, which is a lifesaver when you're bringing in groceries. The office staff made the move-in and move-out process easy and enjoyable. It really was a great place to call home!
